This is my favorite great clips in area. The stylists are all very good with the exception of Andrea. This location would be five stars but had to remove two stars for my experience with Andrea. She is very rude. The only thing worse than her attitude is her inability to cut hair. Lackadaisical and was looking away most of time. Used clippers with someone else’s hair still on it. Didn’t offer the mirror so I could see how the back was cut. Management should really consider whether she reflects well on this location. If you’re considering this location for a cut, I’d wait for the next stylist if she calls your name.

Requested style: I got a pixie cut with the sides shaved off close and love it! I'd let my hair grow out way too long, so she did me a much needed transformation ??

The hairstylist was extremely rude and racist. I would never suggest this place to anyone. There are lot of other branches of great clips which are extremely good. This place is pathetic.

The stylist behavior felt extremely racist. Also, did not follow instructions, cut way more than told and then tried to justify it. And at the end had the audacity to complain about no tip. Really bad experience. Definitely not going back ever.

I came in with hip length curly hair. I asked for 2 inches off, specifically asking to maintain the length, and a V or U shape.
I left with a straight across, armpit length hair. I had a friend measure how much was cut when I got home… it was 9-10 inches.
I am devastated, this will take over a year to grow back.

Kelly did a wonderful job! I have started to request her for all cuts. You have an awesome employee. She deserves an increase! I could goto a separate shop but, prefer KELLYS service, kindness.

I was a walk-in and Kim took great care of me. I had previously went to a high end barbershop that ended up butchering my hair. Kim fixed the mess. Left photo was before. Right photo is after.

Ladies there are Great, I usually go back and see same person if I like my haircut. I have gone back 4 times now and I believe seen every stylist. I won't go anywhere else now.. they all know exactly what they are doing.

I asked for curtain bangs and they gave me a fringe in the middle of my head. Overall took about 2 hours for a small trim and the fringe. Didn't wash or blow dry my hair despite me repeatedly asking.

Not even deserving of one star. The hairstylist seemed rushed from the start, as if she was trying to finish as many haircuts as possible. When I requested that she make my beard even on both sides, she responded that they don't do styling, only normal beard cuts. To top it off, she didn't even trim my neck properly. As a result, I now have the worst beard. This was the most horrible experience I've had at Great Clips.

If there is any option for minus points, I would have gave that to this location. Worst customer service, rude and arrogant and racist ..... Not worth even if they are doing for free.
