I really appreciate being able to drop off items at this store location. They are very courteous and appreciative. I am new to the area and have been purging since I am now in a smaller home than previously. By mistake I took one carload of items to a different location where the men working or very mean and rude and exhibited unappreciative behaviors. This store is completely the opposite. Please give this store your support whenever and whereever you go.

This place just honestly sucks. For one thing they're only accepting clothes nothing else just clothes. Tried to donate tonight and the lady said she'd only be taking one bag of clothes cause theres only an hour left of them being open. Which means she just don't wanna do her job. Tried to call them before to ask how late they were taking donations and the phone doesn't work. The hours are wrong too online says till 8pm but when you get there sign says they close at 7pm.

Went to donate and was told that they were full. Not that I am an expert but they looked pretty empty and it just felt like someone just didn’t want to work.

My wife and I filled up both our cars with some really nice things and tried to donate at the independence location 04/30/22 and the man working there was extremely rude, started yelling at us and even pulled the basket away from us and told us he was closed even though they are clearly open until this evening. So we took our donations to the Alma/Spring Creek location and the 2 young men were very helpful and even apologized for the j*** at the other store. They need 5 stars. He needs to be fired.

This is no longer an electronics store. In fact, it isn't a retail store at all anymore.*It is only a drop off location for donations.*The gentleman staffing the establishment was very friendly and helpful.

This place is closed now and only serves as a drop off for donations. I wish it was still open to serve those who shopped here as well as the one close to downtown Dallas.
