Fantastic experience with Golf Cars of Dallas. Messaged Hector and set the entire deal over the phone. He had my cart next day and ready for pickup. During pickup noticed one of the lights wasn’t coming on and a crew of folks came out to address the issue. This was 4:45 on Thursday afternoon. Unfortunately it was going to take more than a simple fix, and they wanted to make sure the cart was right when we took it so They sent us home with a Nice cart to use until ours was ready. They delivered my cart 1.5 Hours away on a Saturday morning so I wouldn’t have to make the drive back. Outstanding customer support from the Sales, service, and management team. Really great folks who want to earn your business. Honestly not sure why you would buy from anyone/anywhere else.

Mark and James were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Golf Cars of Dallas provide excellent service diagnosing and explaining issues in a transparent manner when I take my hobby golf carts to them.
I especially applaud Mark for his superb customer service and patience, I had a bad day and took it out on him while it was all my fault, he calmly listened and kept his composure.
Thank you guys for taking care of my golf carts!

I went in today to buy 6 batteries for my golf cart. Marc had them in stock and made the process easy. After I installed them I had some issues and I had Marc’s mobile number and text him to help me troubleshoot. He stayed on the phone with me until the cart was running perfect. Great customer service by Marc. Highly recommend Dallas Golf Cars in Plano, ask for Marc
