I have never experienced such amazing customer service at a store before. I came in with very little knowledge of the brand and left feeling like I personally knew the creators and with not just one but two pairs of sneakers. The girls were wonderful, they helped me pick the styles that looked best on me, told me when they thought something didn’t complement me as well as other things and truly helped me navigate through my decisions. What a truly amazing team and experience! I will absolutely be back for more!

Overall, a great experience. The sales associate was great to work with and spent time with my wife to determine the best fit for the shoes she was interested in. My wife kept asking for different sizes, types etc. and not once did the sale associate mind at all to help her. Wonderful customer service and experience!

Sales associates are not good! I visited with my mom, who was seriously interested in purchasing a pair of shoes. I was sitting on the bench while my mom tried her shoes on, and the sales associates made me get up and give my seat to another (male) customer. Before they actually told me to get up, I saw two sales associates literally whispering to each other and looking at me, and could audibly hear them talk about making me get up. I was absolutely DUMBFOUNDED and had no words. I got up, gave my seat to the man, and NO ONE said thank you to me for doing so, not the man OR the sales associates - I just got blank stares from the sales associate and other customers and it was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. There were other seats in the store that this man could have sat down but they made me get up and move, of all things. Me and my mom had arrived at the store nearly 20 minutes before this man even walked in, so I cannot understand why they felt that I didn’t deserve a seat, when my mom was about to buy the shoes. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. Me and my mom walked out immediately.
