Decided to give this nail salon a try as it is extremely close to home. Glad I did! The facility is super clean and the gentleman who assisted me at the front was very kind and attentive. What’s even better is their work! I walked out of the salon super satisfied. The two who working on me made sure I liked both my nails and pedicure, asking for reassurance throughout the service.
Wish I would have found them sooner!
They are very well priced as well!

Another happy experience at Gloss. Kate took great care of my hands and nails, and went above and beyond to meet what I wanted. I did cateye gel in these pics and have received a lot of compliments so far! 10/10 would come back

This is the best salon. Every tech they have does a fantastic job & they are all so friendly. I get dip manicures here and they do such a great job. My dip never lifts and I can keep it on for 5-6 weeks & only then have to go back because of nail growth. Highly recommend!

Love this place! They are always nice. I get a dipped manicure and Kate and Lindsey are both really good at making sure the nails are strong but still look realistic and not chunky. I made the mistake of going to a big chain nail salon where I got sub par manicures.

When I saw my friends nails today I asked where she got them done and she said here and I was in shock! They looked so good and then I got super upset, I didn't want to leave a review and just move on but seeing how good her nails were and then when I went to get my nails done and got a gel pedicure as well I was supper disappointed and don't understand what went wrong with my service months ago. I don't like confrontation either and I'm trying to get better at it. When I got my nails done, there was no apex, they were flat, and they were shorter than I wanted because the guy was filing it short and they were super thick, when I got home I tried to love them cause it was for my college graduation and I couldn't, I cried and redid my nails myself, usually I do them myself anyways because it relaxes me but I had no time and I just wanted to pamper myself, it took me 6 hours to remove the nails they did without ruining my natural nails and redo them with a whole new set. I was up till almost 1 am. When it came to my pedicure, the lady kept redoing them and when I got home they looked like I had bubble toes and one of my toenails wasn't fully cured because of how thick it was and thankfully I had white gel polish and a lamp to fix it for my graduation as well. I paid $120 and was there for over an hour. I had clinicals, that week so I had no time to even go back to them fixed or I would have. The people we're nice so that's why I'm giving 3 stars. The orange nails are what they did and the blue French tip nails are the ones I did on myself to fix them. Years ago I also went to them to get my high school graduation nails done and I even showed a picture of how I wanted them and it was nothing like the picture, idk I guess I just have bad luck with them when it comes to getting nails done for an event.

Love this place! I’m new to the area and have tried several different salons, gloss is my favorite! They don’t cut corners, are extremely professional, and it’s a relaxing environment. This will be my permanent location :)Service: Dip powder

I've never gotten my nails done before and desperately needed something to cover my badly bitten nails before my flight tomorrow. I gave them a call an hr before I came in, and they were fully accommodating to walk ins! I showed them a picture of the design I wanted and they replicated it perfectly. Henry did my tips and another nice lady did my design, everybody was super pleasant! Everything was clean and it was comfortable being there, will definitely be back again!

When I moved to Plano I went through so many nail places I could scream. I had wonky nails, broken nails, too short nails. People wouldn't do what I asked them for..i cried over my nails... then I tried Gloss. Now I've been going here for almost 3 years. I always make sure to get my nails done right before any vacations so I don't have to go anywhere else. I've never had a my nails done here and been dissatisfied. Kenny is the best. The staff here are well trained and great at what they do. they are always polite, and will make suggestions on my ideas to make them pop or look better. They're wonderful to the guests I bring and my kids. Their prices are more than fair for all the incredible work they put in. Gloss is the best
