Best used car dealership experience ever. My bonafides: 52 year old with a lifetime of car ownership. I've driven/owned/borrowed/worked on well over 100 cars, motorcycles, and boats over the years. I know how cars work and how to work on cars. Daniel is honest, fair, and a good man. I could not be happier with my 2011 MDX I purchased from him. After doing my research and not finding a match up to my standards in Austin, I flew one way up to Dallas and took an Uber to McKinney. I met Daniel, a good family man, and happily drove my new (used) 2011 MDX home to Austin. Daniel with New Hope Motors sets the standard that almost all others fail to achieve.

Vehicle was listed on CarGurus as a private seller, when I asked for a carfax report on a vehicle I was told “I’ll give you the carfax report if you buy the vehicle.” When I asked what the flexibility on a vehicle was the salesman was extremely rude with his tone ensuring that “he would not drop the price a single penny” which is fine, but not the way to speak to anyone. Highly recommend avoiding this “dealership.”

This was by far the very best car buying experience I have ever had! Daniel was very helpful in every way, full of knowledge for the car I was buying. Since gas prices have gotten so high and keep rising, I decided to trade in my Dodge Ram for a Prius. He asked me several times if I was sure I wanted to get rid of my truck. He truly cares and is so honest and treat me like a friend. It was definitely a pleasure meeting and dealing with Daniel! I will recommend him very highly. I will go see him next time I am in the market for a car.

We had a wonderful car buying experience at New Hope Motors in McKinney. After weeks of online research into various cars and dealerships, we found one at New Hope that met all the criteria we were looking for. Daniel was very easy to work with: quick to respond to texts and emails before our visit and absolutely no pressure during our visit. He encouraged us to take our time looking at the car and to take it for a test drive. The car was solid and presented exactly as advertised; no surprises. Great cars at great prices!! I came in at 5:30 to test drive and then I left around 7:30 with my car!! Daniel was the best!!! He was so helpful and made everything so easy. He explained things that I, a young first time car buyer, didn’t quite understand. Highly recommend!!!!!
