As a customer, I recently encountered an issue with the service provided by the company. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email confirmation after placing my order, which left me feeling uncertain about the status of my purchase. This lack of communication made me question whether my order had been successfully processed or if there had been any errors in the transaction.
Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that return labels are not provided by the company. This created an inconvenience for me as I had to spend additional time and effort sourcing a return label myself. It would have been much more convenient if the company had included a pre-paid return label with the original shipment, making the return process smoother and more efficient.
Furthermore, when I attempted to adjust my order, I encountered difficulties. The lack of clear instructions or a user-friendly interface made it challenging for me to make the necessary changes. This resulted in frustration and a delay in receiving the correct items.
As a customer, I believe that clear and timely communication is crucial in providing a satisfactory shopping experience. It is essential for the company to ensure that customers receive email confirmations promptly after placing an order, as this helps to build trust and confidence in the transaction.
Moreover, providing pre-paid return labels would greatly improve the convenience and efficiency of the return process for customers. This would eliminate the need for customers to search for a suitable return label and cover the cost of return shipping themselves.
Lastly, the company should invest in improving the user interface and instructions for making order adjustments. A user-friendly system would make it easier for customers to make changes to their orders, saving time and reducing frustration.
In conclusion, as a customer, I believe there are areas where the company can improve its service. Clear and timely communication, providing pre-paid return labels, and enhancing the user interface for order adjustments would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. I hope that the company takes these suggestions into consideration and works towards providing a more seamless and customer-centric service.

omfg what a headache!! ??
I tried to cancel my order multiple times BEFORE it shipped, got no response, my order shipped anyway, I had to wait for it to arrive then return it (they don’t provide a return label so I had to provide and pay for that myself ?) then I reached out multiple times AGAIN for the company to cover the cost for a return label since I tried to cancel in advance and nobody could be bothered to answer, then they CHARGE ME $10.83 for a return label!?!?! ??

They are too busy for customer service & communication apparently. Would not recommend wasting your time/money/effort with a company that blatantly does not care.

This is the iron jungle. The Mecca of the southwest. The trainers are amazing, Michael and the gang are awesome. The atmosphere is second to none. You are motivated to work out and train the second you enter the doors. Everyone there is friendly and all with the same mindset of improving your physical which will help improve your mental self.
