I joined with frost when I first moved to Texas about 4 years ago. The primary reason I switched was due to issues I had with larger banking chains. Even as Frost grows the quality of help I receive every time exceeds expectations, from lost cards, to potential security threats and so on. Zach is my banker up there and has helped me anytime I’ve had any sort minor issue (Very few). So thank you Zach, and thank you Frost.

Very unorganized group. Tried to close out an account, no one knows where the check went. Talked to 2 different people in San Antonio, got 2 different stories, talked to 2 people at the Plano branch got 2 different stories there, too. Now we need to wait 90 days to ask them yet again or to cancel the check they claim they sent a few weeks ago. This bank does not have their act together.

Frost wants you believe they are a good bank. If you make a purchase and you lose your money due to scam. They will not honor your claim. They say they investigate your claim. They never call you for your own personal statement, except when you first call.They say they are FDIC bank. They refuse to give your money back. Even when you tell them what the National consumers agency instruct you to do. Becareful with this bank.

Came here two separate times at different hours to try to open some accounts. Was ignored, a bunch of guys sitting around looking at each other and their laptops. Customer service is severely lacking here, I won't be doing my business here .

Walked in no one said hello except for the lovely young lady that was one of the bankers. I only needed a new debt card. But the two guys that are working the front counter was to damn busy doing nothing but talking to each other and looking down. So I left!! I would rather drive out of my way and go else where for service over getting help from rude uninterested people. If you don't mind thr lack of customer service than this is your place. But I would like for the people who suppose to be working at your financial institution to better than that.

Zero communication regarding the status of filing a durable power of attorney. Currently looking into legal proceedings against them for inhibiting my ability to make prudent decisions on my father’s behalf. Go elsewhere for your banking needs.

I have been a customer for 40 years. My purse was stolen and had to open new accounts.I wrote a check from my personal Frost account to my business account at a different bank. Frost decided it was fraudulent and rejected the check. AFTER they rejected the check the branch manager calls me to see if it was fraudulent. I assured h it was not! Why could they not called me before the decided it was fraudulent???I asked him to contact the my loan officer at my business bank and explain what happened. I did not want, in anyway, for this to reflect poorly on me. And to the astonishment of my loan officer the Frost Branch Manager stated to her he did not understand what the big deal was and it only cost me $5.00.Well, guess what? It was a big deal and is even a bigger deal now!! Because my business account has been flagged to the loss prevention dept resulting in a significant number of checks bouncing.This branch manager could careless that I have banked there for 40 years.

I am about done with this branch. Frost customer for 22 years. I walk in and 3 people at the front counter yet no one can help with a withdrawal. 2 at the teller windows and both are busy helping the drive thru. No one seemed to care that I wasn't being helped. No one offered a single ounce of customer service. There is a bank on every corner. Competition is strong yet Frost doesn't act like they care.

I love our bank. we have been with them since 2005 and have NEVER had a single issue with any of their services or staff. Everyone has always been super helpful and very nice! I will only bank with Frost!

I had been to three other banks trying to deal with opening new business banking accounts. They were near impossible to deal with. My current bank was the worst to deal with and I am ending up leaving them completely.I went in to Frost Bank on a Saturday morning, unannounced, and left with personal and business accounts setup. It took maybe an hour. Great experience.

Worst customer experience. The African American lady in the front at this Plano location is very unintelligent, and very prejudice. I was trying to open a personal checking and she was asking about my race and culture and being very rude. I was spruced cause I have bank accounts for my personal and business with other banks and never had these type of questions with rudeness and horrible behavior. This lady needs to be fired.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! The black woman named Kenisha did not know anything or how to open a bank account. She was just a complete joke and waste of time and discriminating. What's the point of customer service if you can't get anything done or even talk to a supervisor? Do not go to this branch cause this African american lady does not like her job and it shows why.
