I called to make a payment and spoke with two woman and I called back spoke with a second woman Wendy she was very RUDE no apology.. lack any type of customer service this use to be a nice place the Customer SERVICE SUCK!!!!!!!!! Don’t go to K Ave location lack ANY customer service!

This Thursday I went to the Frend Loya offices to ask about my policy and they will add a car... I'm very sorry to say this but Miss Wendy was very curt with me, she didn't answer my questions, she wasn't kind at all... I don't understand why they don't love her job. I think that at least you should give a cordial greeting. Remember that your business is thanks to your clients. There are so many policies that we can get in other places. I am disappointed in the staff at the Plano office. I cannot, and I do not want to recommend. this insurer. Sorry but I think we should work with a little respect for customers...

Staff in the store are cold, do not interact with customers much, and wait times are too long. Stores often do not open for various reasons, such as power outages, shop assistants are not available, but there is no advance notice, resulting in multiple visits.

There is a young man here who is the manager, but he is a very bad person when it comes to customer service.So much so that I canceled my policy that I had had for two years with my policy and I canceled it due to their poor service.

Been a month and a half since their client hit me and they still haven't bothered to put me in touch with an adjustor, much less started repairs on my car. They took pictures the day after and told me I'd be contacted within 2 weeks, "maybe a bit longer", and when I called, after a month without further contact, said they sent money in the mail based on the pictures taken, without ever actually having a mechanic look at my car.
Two weeks later and still nothing. Called today and was left on hold for 20 minutes before I finally hung up and tried to call back, only to get no answer. Unfortunately, it seems I might have to actually involve an attorney for this and they're gonna have to pay his/her fees, in addition to everything they owe me. This place is absolutely awful.

Had an appointment at 9 AM to have an estimator look at damage on my car, and they waited until 9:15 AM to try and call my wife to tell me my appointment was canceled (after I had driven an hour and was already here). I then waited 2 hours until the estimator got to work, only to be told she won't inspect my car because it was raining. Both female employees had an attitude and acted like I was a nuisance. Don't do business with these people

Bad!!!!!!!I'm late for an hour waiting for two pizza orders and they are usually busy outside the kitchen. I don't recommend buying the games locally if they are good.

The people who work there are very friendly and have a lot of experience.
