We have used this Floor Expo services in the past and were very satisfied. However, this last floor project for our guest bathroom, which is very small will be our last. We gave the measurements in the store and were quoted a price. The sales rep came to our home and immediately doubled the price, telling us they normally do not do jobs of this size even though we shared a picture of what it would look like. Then he over estimated and said we would need three boxes of product. He only sent over two with his worker but charged us for three and I had to go to the store to retrieve the third box as it was obvious he was not going to refund us. As a result, we will never use this store again highly advise that you double check everything they say and do. We are still waiting on our guarantee for the work.

We choose Floor expo to replace our entire 2nd level carpet. Matt and Zubi were terrific to work with. They were honest, accommodating and provided great recommendations and very reasonably priced. . Once we decided on carpet, they ordering took less than a week and they were ready to install. The installers were on time and meticulous in their work. We had a challenging staircase and they made it look terrific. I would recommend Floor Expo for anyone looking to replace carpet.

Jacob with Floor Expo was so patient with my husband and I during our floor purchasing an installation process. We had to install new flooring because of water damage to our home. It was a difficult process of identifying the water source and remediating it Took us a long time before we could be sure that it was safe to have our floor put down. Jacob worked with us to delay installation and to ensure that we have an extra protective barrier between the flooring and our foundation. We we had installed new flooring only a year ago and had thought that we had remediated the water issue. Through that process, we learned how important it is to hire a licensed contractor who will put in the floor correctly so that you’re covered in case of a warranty issue. I also love the attention to detail that the flooring installers made to the floor molding. Notice how at the bottom of the floor molding they have very carefully applied caulking (or whatever you call that) to where the line is crisp.

I spent thousands of dollars with this company and every dollar was worth it. Zubi provided the most amazing customer experience that you will never get from a big box provider. His people did an immaculate job and even fixed the floor after we complained that the lines were not straight. Zubi will also give you advice in your best interest and not his.The material we used had to match the downstairs of the house and it is a hard to get material. I don't know how Zubi did it but he went to great lengths. They were true to their word and was fully transparent. I was also able to pay via zelle, cash, credit card and they did not fuss.I am a very picky buyer/procurement person and a very harsh critique. I wasn't able to find a single flaw in the entire process.I am also a savvy price shopper. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and fair.I highly, highly recommend this place. If you are looking for new flooring to buy and install do yourself a favor; do not go to a big box place but rather go here. You will be taken care of. I never write reviews but the positive experience (which is hard to come by these days) compelled me to write something. Thanks!

We highly recommend Mr Zoobi and Floor Expo for their exceptional customer service, integrity, product selection and quality of installers. We are repeat customers, and were so highly satisfied with both experiences. We have now moved to another state, and only wish we could find a similar store where we live now!

I stumbled on this small shop while on my way to a "higher end" flooring place and I am SO glad I took a chance and went in! Zubi helped me match my new wood floors to the old ones and his team did amazing work on the installation. I will always recommend this place.

Absolute best selection of flooring and better prices than any big box store. Mr. Zubi is friendly and helpful. No pushy salesmen like the large chain next door. He showed us the best options (which was what we picked in the end) and let us wonder the floor without bothering us. This store is truly a gem.

Zubi at Floor Expo works with you and provides a fair deal. On install his installers follow through and do a professional install. The installers go above and beyond (like Pablos crew that just finished doing 3 rooms for us) helping us move heavy furniture out and back, taking great care to make sure nothing is damaged. Pablo did the extra work to make sure trim and moldings around built-ins looked really great.
