There were quite a few employees there. So even though there were a number of customers, I was helped within a couple of minutes. Spencer did a fantastic job using the technology and tools they have and explaining them to me. He also did a great job picking shoes that I liked, and that fit well. He did not do any kind of a hard sale on me. He offered to have me try insoles because I have a very hard arch. I tried them and loved them. Will definitely go back again and recommend this location to my friends. Doesn’t hurt that it’s right next to Nothin’ Bundt Cakes!! My shoes to exercise followed by delicious Bundt cakes. ???

Wow! Great shopping experience! Representative Liea was quick to greet. She patient as I explained pain I experiencing. She explained options. Right now instead of pain I feel refreshed as I walk.

My whole family has had their feet scanned at Fleet Feet of Plano. It makes a huge difference in finding the right kind of athletic shoe for maximum support and comfort. The process is quick and easy. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this store enough!

Went in looking for a daily trainer. The store manager tested my feet and gave me a tour of recommended shoes and had me try on.
Absolutely love ASICS Novablast 4! Ended up buying a pair.
To me, the most valuable experience is the knowledgeable suggestion he provided. It saved me tons of time for research and perhaps money (if spent on the wrong shoes).

Greeted asap. Customer service was excellent. I gave the rep info on what I wanted, he tested my feet, and brought me 8 different shoes that matched my criteria. Will be back.

Definitely would recommend! Staff were super knowledgeable and helpful, prices are reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of options- there’s something here for athletes/runner of every type and experience level.

I had such a great experience at the store. I was able to find the right shoe for my flex sticker shock was a bit to taken however, this has been a great investment for my feet especially working long hours at the hospital.
