Party Meat is GARBAGE!! I bought 3 pounds of taco meat and it all turned into water, it was a Misery!! How do you think they think of it with flour so that it weighs more and when the kitchen disappears into water!!!
The taco meat from Fiesta is GARBAGE ?️ Can't believe the managers at this store haven't checked the quality of this meat and it's EXPENSIVE!! NEVER AGIN!!

Awesome bakery department! They have beautifully decorated cakes, many to choose from! Not only were they delicious but was a great price! This bakery is wonderful!

The meats are rotting and they refuse to give refunds when you try to return it. Horrible customer service the managers and workers always have this stank face and are never welcoming.

Customer service is below zero they treat you worse than a beggar. They forget you are a paying customer, and besides that, just simple common courtesy, if some smiles at you and ask you for help the very least you can do is respond with the same kindness even if you can't help them.
Bakery was my experience, I tried to order a cake for son's birthday, no one was there after few minutes of waiting a guy comes from the back and as soon as he saw me he disappeared again then another lady comes and start pulling bolillos out looks at me and make a face of being annoyed then walks next to me and that's when I smiled and ask for help she stopped sights and looks at the cake book and says "do you want that" and I replied yes please and she immediately responds "ok but they don't have the toys" and I said if you order them when will you think you'll get them?, and she just repond again with an even worse annoyed face " ok but they don't have the toys, they just don't have it" so in top of the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, customer service is worse than a public toilet

Fiesta de Plano is my favorite for 12 years I've been going to this Fiesta and I get everything I'm looking for and I love it. The only thing that yesterday, Sunday, the air conditioning was not working well, please do not allow the air to stop working because with this heat it was horrible to be inside there. And another little thing I would like them to open a Fiesta here in McKinney Please.

I have called several times to the Plano store. The staff answers the phone in speaking in Spanish and hang up if you don't speak the language. I have shopped here many times and spend my money as does others. I did not think the store only patronize Spanish speaking customers. So rude.

There is a lot of food, fresh vegetables and very good quality fruits. I recommend it to stock the pantry.

Don’t get food from their restaurant. They give you nothing but vegetables. I asked the lady twice for her to put more meat in meal but she refused to. Very greedy! Plus the lady in the express check out is rude. AVOID
