Terrible experience. Me and my dad were in there for awhile. A African American woman kept helping everyone else but me and my father. And she had the nerve to smell like straight onions with a terrible attitude. Terrible business!!!!!!

I see the FedEx team at this location several times a month for shipments and they’re fantastic. Super patient even when I come in with 20+ packages. Alex, Eric, and Ashley are incredible and always so helpful. I look forward to seeing them each time.The FedEx 2 day is a lifesaver. Never using a different shipping company again. Reliable, quick, and cost effective!

Superb Service! Came in on a Friday afternoon with 9 boxes going to three different addresses. Alex was very patience with me and got me in and out! Over the weekend, i had a mishap with the receipt but still needed it for business reconciliation purposes. I spoke with general Fedex customer service rep and she wasn't able to help me. I called the store, spoke to Alex again, and he went above and beyond to find the transaction and email me a copy of the receipt! Thank you Alex!

I came in yesterday to print and ship out some packages. Nia and Alex were so patient and attentive through everything I needed. They took a stressful situation and made it easy. I was pleasantly surprised because guest service at FedEx locations are so hit or miss. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Only downside to this location is parking is extremely limited with all the legacy traffic and movement
