FedEx is horrible. I have been going back and forth with them for since December about a missing package. They refuse to take accountability and have left me with no choice but to work with local police and file a claim with the courts. I will also be starting a petition for a class action lawsuit. They don’t take photos or require signatures, this is unacceptable. The customer service is not local and has no access to local locations. I hope this company goes out of business and never returns.

My experience is horrible with FedX. I was supposed to have a package delivered on 1/22. I keep get notifications that it’s out for delivery only to receive a text that it’s going to be delivered the following day. The fedx driver passed by my house and kept going didn’t stop to check and then I get another text message stated that it will be delivered tomorrow. I’m beyond pissed and I want answers.

In my opinion, they are the worst shipping service on the planet. You get a tracking number, but they never seem to update the status, so you never have any idea where your package really is! When I do see a scan of my package, it is days before I see another scan, indicating zero movement for days. My most recent experience was with a Christmas gift. I was told there was a delay, and it wouldn't arrive until Thursday, Dec. 28th. When it didn't arrive on the 28th, I reached out to their 800# and was advised that it would be delivered by the end of the day on the 29th. When it didn't arrive on the 29th, I called the 800# again and was told that it would be delivered by the end of the day on the 30th. It's now the 31st, and there's still no delivery! I called again and asked for a supervisor. I was told that I couldn't speak to a supervisor. I was told that they would call me back. I asked for the direct number to the local distribution center so I could try to work with them to figure out what the issue was. I was told that they didn't have the number to the distribution center (their own company location). It's sad that they supposedly specialize in shipping, yet they are inept at shipping and even worse with communication! I'm not going to hold my breath for a phone call because I don't expect their communication to get better overnight! In my opinion, they make a better circus than a shipping company.

FedEx SUCKS I received notification that my package was delivered. No package the picture that was taken shows the bottom of a door with the package. The door mat on the picture is not the door mat I have at my door. Why the whole door picture was not taken then I could have seen the apartment number on the door. Calling FedEx customer service does no good they are going lie and tell you someone is going call you back or email you. That never happens. This is the second time FedEx has delivered my package to the wrong address or the driver keeping the package for themselves. What they don’t understand if no one would use the service they would not have a job. So sad how FedEx and there employees don’t care. I guess I blessed the driver or whoever they delivered my package to with a Christmas present.

My package has been postponed for almost a week. I have tried to call and get updates but of course. They don’t have anyone to answer the phones. I have stopped drivers and asked about my package and I keep getting told it’s on a different truck. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. IF I COULD RATE UNDER 1 STAR I WOULD.

My package arrived with the contents missing. This is definitely an enternal problem. I made a claim and will adjust my rating according to how your customer service handles this. Ridiculous.

Worst company for shipping. Ordered a product 2 weeks before Christmas not “operational delays” and no timeline in sight. It’s been 21 days from when I started my order. HORRIBLE!!!!!

Been waiting for a package all week. No help on the phone. We were home all day. Found a “we tried” sticker on the ground in the parking lot across the street. Try harder.

Big company - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Use the US Post Office - it's more reliable.Long story short, FedEx stole nearly $300 from me. While traveling from Minnesota to Texas I left behind medication that needed to be refrigerated, so I had it overnighted in a cooling bag using FedEx. What a cluster!!! They lost it and then denied the claim for reimbursement. I am out not only $200 worth of medication, but also the $100 it cost to have it shipped overnight. It took them 5 days to get it to me, needless to say, the medication was no longer viable.I called every day during the five days my package was missing. After receiving a notification that the package would be delayed, I called the 1-800 number and was told by the first customer service rep that all was good "It was checked into the Plano, TX facility today at 2:13 pm." I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. I called the second day and was told "It was checked into our Memphis facility at 5:10 pm." When I said that it was medication that needed to be refrigerated, I was told "Oh yes, we have special cooling areas for those packages." It took another three days for me to get the package. When I received it, the internal temperature of the box was 87 degrees.I called customer service multiple times to complain and try to file a claim and was told "I'll call you back in 10 minutes." Never heard from anyone. I even went to the FedEx Headquarters in Plano, TX and was told that "No one here can help you with customer service issues, call the 1-800 number."Filed a claim online, and it was denied. "Your request for a money-back guarantee is denied. The shipment does not meet the eligibility requirements." How does it not meet the requirements? I paid for overnight shipping, and it took them 5 days to deliver it.

Very Disappointed i was looking forward to my package to arrived on Saturday it was delay for some reason and I received on Monday and someone took my watch from my package and they ended up sending me the empty box with no watch and this came from Hutchins TX i called Customer Services to report this and Fedex need to take full responsibility of the location that the package came from and the driver who drop my package off and investigate who really stole my watch and take acccountability to that person actions im willing to give Fedex another try if yall fix this stealing problem and this doesnt happen to anyone else

I don’t see how you can continue to operate with the level of disorganization in your company. I paid for expedited shipping. Almost a month later I still don’t have my package. Your online server has said it is “out for delivery” for weeks. Your automated line just regurgitates back what your incorrect online tracking says and it takes forever to actually speak to a person. When I do speak to someone, they can’t tell me exactly where my package is, when I can expect it, or what is going on. These are classified legal documents! Shame on you.
