They nickel and dime you for every little thing. I got charged an extra $17 for the guy to press print now instead of later today. How freaking stupid is that? I’ll be going somewhere else from now. The store manager looks like he just woke up. Wrinkled shirt, hair is a mess. Refused to work with me.

They’re like the dynamic duel!
I came in with open packages!
I was all over the place.
Didn’t know how to create my return label.
With the store getting crowded.
They jumped right into action .
MS. MAKAYLA looked at my phone and together with MR. QUINN.
I was able to send off three different packages.
All in mins!
Not to mention they cleared the constant flow of customers in a moment!
Wow ?
They are certainly essential and valuable!

The store associate, Makayla is a lazy, psychotic, unprofessional individual, who at the very least needs to be removed from her position and generally should be evaluated for the subject of her mental state. I cannot believe FedEx would hire someone like her. I’ve seen so many people in my life get wrongfully terminated, and I can assure you that they will let her stay despite her appalling lack of professionalism and unacceptable behavior. What a disgrace.

This location does not have employees who are helpful. They do not go above and beyond to help the customer.
Problem with my order. It was not available when promised.
I had to go to a different location and my order was done within 30 minutes of me calling it in.

Went in to laminate cards. The gentleman on duty was very helpful. I was also impressed with his businesslike appearance and attitude. Great job!

FEDEX Management needs to hire more people for this location, Quinn, Fox and the female employee do a great job. They're the only 3 employees at this store. FEDEX is working them to death. Heaven forbid if they get sick or want to take a vacation day. You cannot treat people this way.

I wish I can give 0 star to this store. Worst Experience with their Store Manager. He is an Asian Guy.Printed bunch of tags from them and paid more for them. The price was showing less on Fedex Website. When I came back with saying that there were 10 short he mentioned he counted it and I have to pay more for another 10. I mean if somebody is already purchased and printed a lot of stuff from you and drove all the way to your store in office hours then whats the purpose of lying here.I wouldn’t recommend this store. I would rather use another printing services not this store atleast.

There is a VERY NICE man that works at this location. He his fast, and extremely helpful! The “woman” that works at this Location, Spring Creek, has a terrible attitude and seemed bothered to be working. Very upset with the way I was treated. Never will return to this location.

The self-service printers would not detect my USB drive, forcing me to have one of the workers print from their computer and charge an extra $2.50. After I pointed out that the only reason I'm having them print it was because the self-service kiosk was not functioning properly, one of the workers commented that I could pay the extra fee or go to another FedEx. I think I'll just go to Office Depot instead next time.
