I've got a lot of experience with FedEx throughout the years and this store was the least helpful I've ever been too.
I needed labels printed. Normally I use self service with a retrieval code however recently a store asked if I wanted them printed on pre-sticked labels - something I didn't know was an option and saves me time and effort. Typically it's .80c per page, never had a surcharged been mentioned but don't really care.
When I walked I explained what I needed and the gentleman in training proceeded to tell me that's not something they do. When I asked he then changed to "There's a $2.50 surcharge for anything done behind the counter" - at this point I'm not on the price I just want them printed. He doesn't seem to understand so I ask for his trainer to which Jenna proceeds to say "Yes, there's a $2.50 charge for anything behind the counter, it's cheaper if you want to self service" which again isn't my leading point but since it's all they seem to acknowledge I proceed to explain to her this is a service I was offered, not something I knew existed so I don't understand why they aren't willing to just print them instead of bickering asking size, who are the labels for, etc. just completely unprofessional.
I printed my own labels from self service and bought my tape - more than probably would have spent but I was done trying to just get a simple print service completed from people who have no interest in doing their job. According to Google it's been 5yrs since I've been to this location, it'll be at least another 5years.

FedEx is the worst company, they charge you more behind ur back!!!
Always ask will i be charged more than estimated amount, if so how much amount!!!.
They may say 30 then they will deduct 50 from you.
Be careful & don’t fall for the trap.

I recently needed some flyers printed for an event and had a fantastic experience at FedEx. What truly impressed me was the staff's exceptional helpfulness. On both visits, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
It's rare these days to encounter such positive and upbeat customer service representatives. The overall energy at the store was amazing – friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It made a potentially mundane task into a truly positive experience.
I'll definitely be back to FedEx for any future printing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional printing services with a smile!

On March 4th, around 11:50 a.m. I went to ship my old carseat to a friend who lives in Arizona. I went in ready to pay whatever, not concerned.The guy at the check out was so very very rude. He immediately told me, after checking the height and weight, that they don't have a big enough box for it. I told him well it needs to be shipped so he went to the back and came back with a box. He then did some typing, and while he was typing he kept making unnecessary comments. He said "It might be cheaper to just buy a new one" "your friend can't buy a new one on Amazon"I got so frustrated with how he was speaking to me. I then said "Look I just need to send it, do I need to go somewhere else?" He rolled his eyes and put the carseat in the box and then told me the price and I paid and left. He was extremely rude and shouldn't be at the front helping customers.

I recently visited this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location to ship a perishable package Priority Overnight. I had my own supplies (box, tape, etc.) but what I brought into the store was not the best solution to ensure the shipment would arrive at its destination safe and intact. The store manager, Jim Hall provided THE BEST service I've had in quite a while at any retail establishment. He was very helpful, went above and beyond to assist me and did it all with a smile and great attitude! The package reached the destination in perfect condition and ahead of the commitment time. Great job FedEx! BZ to you jim! Keep on delivering the Purple Promise!

They sent a package from Plano to California that was supposed to go to Canada, then re-delivered it to my mailbox, then took it back, lost it, and wouldn't give me a refund. The store employees put the wrong customs stickers on it. I disputed it. UPS 4ever

Staff too slow and inefficient, majority of the time just stand around and talking. Said my print has to wait an hr because the printer was in use for another job. None of the printers was even in use. I should just went to Office Depot and have it done in 10 min. The staff in this location does not know what they are doing. Not coming back to do any printing again.

Thr staff bases policy off feelings and not what they say their policy is. Said government ID was required to ship. So, I provided one issued by the state of Texas. I was then told "DL or passport" very sketchy place. Be careful they want your information to sell it.

This crew is amazing. Arthur helped me with printing on and binding. Florence showed me how to also use the self service. I appreciate their willingness to help me and they are so kind. It was even closing time and they cared that I printed my documents. They are top tier.

I had an outstanding experience with FedEx! From the moment I called in and spoke to a fantastic guy on the phone, the customer care was exceptional!Upon visiting the FedEx location, my passport photos and printing needs were taken care of by two incredible young ladies at the front desk. They were not only super nice but also excelled at their jobs. They efficiently took passport photos, addressed my inquiries, and continued to radiate exceptional customer service throughout the process.In particular, the young lady who handled the passport photos displayed remarkable thoughtfulness in her work. I firmly believe these three dedicated individuals deserve a pay raise for their exceptional service.Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for my printing needs and passport photos. This level of service truly makes a difference. Five stars and a big thank you to the entire FedEx team at this location!!
