The black woman at the counter was the worst employee that i have encountered in FedEx stores across the USA. The more I kept explaining that the company only sent me one label for the 2 boxes, the more she kept treating me like an idiot who didn't know what i was talking about, even after I showed her the email. This is another black person who thinks she is better than others here in TEXAS!! Why are the majority of people in Texas so rude. There's no such thing as warm people!!

I have been using the FedEx location on Capital in Plano for the last seven years, but my experience has drastically declined ever since they hired Robert. This gentleman is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and ensures that my shipments are always delayed. He consistently asks me to go to a different FedEx location if I'm not satisfied with his service. It's a shame because I used to enjoy coming here, but now I dread it. Avoid this location if you want timely and courteous service.

UPDATE THEY HIRED A BLACK DUDE AND HE IS SO MUCH BETTER. This was my previous review “Fat white dude at the front desk sucks and always has an attitude. Like he has something up his.. never mind. He was throwing slugs when I was dropping off a last minute package saying this location is for the procrastinators. I was there at 7 and cutoff was at 7:45. I hope they get rid of him”

Rude, rude, RUDE!!!! Why are these employees so rude and disrespectful to customers!! I went in today to drop off a package and the guy working there was so foul and had the nastiest attitude. I am used to receiving this kind of deplorable service from the USPS because they’re government employees and don’t feel the need to be professional but from FedEx .. come on!!! You guys have your jobs because of the customers wake up and learn some customer service skills!!!!

Unbelievably hostile staff. Like, cartoonishly. 1:53pm on a Wednesday. Nobody there. Wowza. Desperately needed to ship medical materials to Mexico to help my family who are very ill, so asked for help getting it “super duper insured.” Lady mocked me and slammed the fragile samples on the desk. What a winner. I just took the package back, because I clearly could not trust leaving something so precious in this person’s care. Ma’am, I teach middle schoolers all day — your attitude is giving “child.”

FED EX claimed to miss the customer that’s why he didn’t drop off the package. We were at home. I went to the office to pick up my package instead of waiting until the next time for him to so call come back out. My package wasn’t at the office either. Poor customer service.
