The guy @ the DC location was a jerk! Glad I don't have to go back. There isn't consistency between locations. I've used multiple locations in the DFW metroplex. A few of the employees are great. The rest are rude.

I called the number listed for this location to see if they accepted USPS drop-offs, but was sent to an automated service that asked me questions before sending me to a service desk that handled generic calls. The lady over the phone prompted me to state my first and last name (for no reason), which was how I knew I wasn’t calling the local shop. Furthermore, the service I received on the call was ridiculous. I tried to be patient and was going to ask my question to see if she would be able to help, but I ended up just ending the call out of frustration. I only heard my own echo, my echo was louder and clearer than the attendant’s voice, and she told me I was on speaker when I’m quite sure it was the other way around. This is one of the many times I’ve called a FedEx, just to be sent to someone entirely unrelated.

It's a Walgreens, not an actual location. The store was closed when i got there and was unable to drop anything off

Be careful on the measurements !!!!! Also double check there measurements because 1 inch can double the price of your shipment. Luckily I made them check.

8/5/22: Michaela greeted me when I arrived. I explained that I needed help shipping a package, since the return label that I printed was larger than the box. She made a smaller copy of the return label and took care of it. She was very pleasant and pointed out a drop off box for any future drop offs that didn't require assistance. She made shipping a package easy, and was very nice about it. The only downside I've noticed on prior visits is that customers park in the handicap spaces without a placard or a handicap license plate. Even if only to drop off or pick up a package, handicap parking is for those who are authorized to park there.

This FedEx was quite efficient. I came in there to ship something off and it was a quick in and out. They were pretty helpful.

Unhelpful staff, only spoke to each other never relaying to me what they actually needed me to do other than telling me to google it - fantastic customer service.

My first trip to mail an important document, I ended up being very disappointed given that I have used other FedEx locations over the last 20 hrs. I ended up taking my business down the street to the UPS store where they seem overjoyed to receive my business.

Had the displeasure to stop here to quickly print a document for my small business. The printer ran out of paper, I informed the employee, Nikki, who rather irritatedly said, "it'll still print until the other trays are out." Nothing happened, she took a personal call and then a couple of minutes later I told her it still wasn't working. She gave an annoyed sigh, came over and hit a few buttons on the printer and it printed. I said thank you and she walked off with an annoyed, "uh huh". I gathered my documents and left, without her acknowledging me. If you work in customer service, your job description is to service customers, Nikki. I won't be back here again.

I have been to this store several times and every-time I visited their store, they overcharge and always find a way to jack the bill up, if it's a $5 order they turn into $30 order. The 2 women work there are not professional and its always something, they can never find your order and always a problem.
