I needed meds from my pharmacy ASAP. I paid extra for same day delivery. My meds were delivered to the wrong address. Being angry does not describe how I am feeling.

My box was open because when I go to FedEx they usually have tape. They said they do not provide tape, that I can buy it but they cannot provide it. Something is not right about the FedEx service in this location, I just left and went to an actual FedEx office, they had tape for to close my box.

Drivers leave packages OUTSIDE of parcel lockers for our whole apartment complex & they get stolen because they’re not secure !!!Ridiculous. Zip code 75082.

I had 5 packages rerouted during Snowmageddon and the arrived safely at the Tom Thumb on 14th Street in Plano. The staff was very helpful!
