I tried to stop by today on 3/2 around 11am. The doors were locked. The store had about 5 people inside shopping. One of the customers tried to open the door for me, but it was locked. An employee walked right past me at the door. I waited about 7 minutes in front of the door. I was not once acknowledged by the staff. I was not greeted, or told to wait and that I'd be helped in a moment. I felt like a just waiting outside and being ignored. It was a terrible feeling. Terrible customer service. I went next door to LuluLemon. I was greeted and taken care of. Treated like a human being, and treated as if my business was being valued. I wouldn't come back to this place. It's disappointing becuase I was with my buddy who was always raving about Fabletics. He was disappointed that we had such a bad experience. Shame on you.

Music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. So many employees standing around talking to each other you can't get to what you want to look at because they won't move out of the way

I was apprehensive about coming to this location after reading all the negative reviews. I've been a Fabletics member for over 5 years but this is my first time visiting this location. I was pleasantly impressed with the help around the store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I had a couple ladies help me figure out which leggings were an outfit. Another employee helped me get my room started while I kept looking.The membership does require a card on file and you must cancel before the 5th day of the month. I set the reminder on my calendar every month it's pretty much ingrained in me now, ha! Always skip the month if there's nothing I want.

Great products and even better customer service. This store is always in stock and the associates working will take time to help and recommend perfect choices. Good store and great staff! Highly suggest their app and becoming a member.

SCAMI made a purchase here getting lure by the holiday sales. They made me create an account through their device and make a payment in the store but were illegally storing my credit card information. Yesterday, they charged me $59.95 without my consent for a membership. I was surprised to see this charge and took me hours to figure out it was from this scam store.This is a scam store running in such a nice neighborhood of Plano. Strongly want this store be closed. Don’t buy here. They are SCAMMERS.

I walked into the Plano store in the pouring rain, there were 5 employees and no customers. I had to exchange some clothes my husband bought for me online. The took the clothes and I said I would look around. None of them offered to help me, find sizes, ask what I was looking for. I had to ask how to get a dressing room and one of them said go talk to the other lady. I went to the dressing room with 5 items. No one checked on me. I needed to try a different size and no one helped. I had to go out and get it myself. Meanwhile there still were no other customers. I only found one thing I semi liked so went to exchange that and asked for a refund of the rest. They said no sorry it was already put to store credit and no way to reverse that. They were rudeh and not helpful. They really need some guidance and customer service training. We will cancel our subscription and never come back.

SCAM!!! Advertised an 80% off sale. Was excited and eager to purchase, after doing so realized I’d been unwillingly signed up for a pricy monthly subscription…don’t waste your time.

I'm really upset with the way things worked out with this company, the clothes they offer are really nice and made with great quality. The only problem is that every time you try to order something new it's always sold out and they never restock. I've done a great job losing weight, and to treat myself I was going to get one of these memberships I am a 3X going into a 2X and every time I would try to order, something new it was always sold out. I'm basically left with just the white or black solid polos and solid color shirts and this has been the last three months now. I will be canceling because there's no reason of me keeping this membership when I can only get the same exact items every month I'm not available to get any new items due to their always being sold out and never restocking

I was excited to come to Fabletics for new walk/running clothes. I was expecting great customer service and thinking an associate would help out with fit and what would be the best options for me based off what I wanted the clothing for. I even told an associate it was my 1st time in store, that would've been a great way to make a recurring customer out of me or an opportunityfor them to upsell, I got non of that. I loved what I picked out for myself though, if I buy from Fabletics again, it will be online.

The customer service in here a severely lacking I used to go more regularly when the attendance were friendly. Now they have zero personality don't even speak when you walk in and are genuinely unhelpful.

It is near impossible to cancel a Fabletics account. I've been trying for TWO MONTHS. Cancelled it with PayPal. They used my CC directly. Cancel it AGAIN. Now contesting the charge with my CC company. Next step change my CC. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!

Don’t buy from this company. Just don’t I promise spending the money at Nike or literally anywhere else. Their quality use to be so good. But this company has gotten to be as scummy as an MLM.
