Cute clothes, good quality, great staff. I’ve been going here since they opened years ago and haven’t ever been disappointed in the service. Jenna helped me today and I asked her so many questions and she got in 10,000 steps from walking back and forth to get me the sizes I needed. Never sense any hesitation or annoyance from her. Yes she was doing her job but she did it with top notch service and I appreciated that!

First and foremost on my last visit the air was out !!! Customers and employees were suffering through the Texas Heat and the store only had 2 small units in the store it was so Hot ! That is horrible treatment for those employees. The owner should’ve made proper provisions or shut down the store ! The employees smiled and interacted with everyone in that horrible heat . Never sacrifice your wellbeing of a dollar over your employees and customers. Jenna, TreOnna, and Emma are always there when I come in working their hands off to help everyone with a smile . These ladies deserve a raise and praise . Thanks ? ladies for making my unbearable shopping experience bearable!!!!

I purchased online with Amazon and it gives a specific option to return in this store. But I was informed by staff that they could not return or exchange my items. It was a waste of my time and I won’t be ordering this brand of scrubs again

THE WORST FABLETICS STORE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. The associate Jennifer was so disgustingly rude and condescending and at one point you could literally see from her face that she was laughing at us. Me and my husband decided to stop by this store since we were near by and we almost spent $95 with her but in the end I decided to not move forward with the transaction because I was utterly disappointed by jennifer’s behavior. I can assure you that you are better off ordering online or anywhere else but here, unless they let go of Jennifer…

Poor customer service & snobby employees. Walked in - no greeting, when asking for help - no greeting let alone being approachable. Asked for a 3X size for 4 polos that I needed and was told to go online & given no apology. Never walking into this store again.
Fabletics, why promote bigger sizes and not have them at the store?

Walking in is a waste of time, just shop online. Customer service is nonexistent, they discriminate, whether you have any shade of color or are anything bigger than a size Small. Only 1 of the several employees ever look alive & answer questions. The other ones are there but I don’t think the lights are on upstairs. Save your $$ for shipping.

So expensive, they say it's a sale but you get to the check out cart and it's full price, their app won't let me log in and constantly have to change password because it says wrong password. I changed the old password to a new password and it still said wrong password. I ain't fooling around with he app no longer.

I tried to stop by today on 3/2 around 11am. The doors were locked. The store had about 5 people inside shopping. One of the customers tried to open the door for me, but it was locked. An employee walked right past me at the door. I waited about 7 minutes in front of the door. I was not once acknowledged by the staff. I was not greeted, or told to wait and that I'd be helped in a moment. I felt like a just waiting outside and being ignored. It was a terrible feeling. Terrible customer service. I went next door to LuluLemon. I was greeted and taken care of. Treated like a human being, and treated as if my business was being valued. I wouldn't come back to this place. It's disappointing becuase I was with my buddy who was always raving about Fabletics. He was disappointed that we had such a bad experience. Shame on you.

Music is so loud you can't hear yourself think. So many employees standing around talking to each other you can't get to what you want to look at because they won't move out of the way

I was apprehensive about coming to this location after reading all the negative reviews. I've been a Fabletics member for over 5 years but this is my first time visiting this location. I was pleasantly impressed with the help around the store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. I had a couple ladies help me figure out which leggings were an outfit. Another employee helped me get my room started while I kept looking.The membership does require a card on file and you must cancel before the 5th day of the month. I set the reminder on my calendar every month it's pretty much ingrained in me now, ha! Always skip the month if there's nothing I want.
