I work in the residential electrical service industry so I'm all over dfw everyday and so I'll stop at 7 11's for quick, easy and cheap lunches. Today at this particular 7 11, I wanted something from the roller grill, but was disappointed when I didn't see the item I wanted, I asked the gentleman behind the counter and instantly when into making some fresh ones for me, which was awesome. Reason for the review is that was the first time that's ever happened. Keep in mind I've been going to 711's for 6 years for lunches. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Hope to see more of that at every other 711 in dfw.

Absolutely awful attendants! I placed an Uber eats order today and came to pickup same day an hour later. The attendant marked my order as complete (picked up) and I hadn't. I called in advance to let them know I was on the way. Upon arrival, I see my order on the counter and clerk waives manager down. The manager approaches and states my order was cancelled. I asked by who? He states, you. I reply "I didn't cancel this and the app shows marked as picked up (paid/complete). I asked "Did you cancel it?" He rudely replies "No, how could I cancel it?" Waives me off (dismissed me) and instructs that I reach out to Uber eats directly. I call Uber whom confirmed clerk marked the order as complete/picked up. Thankfully, after throughly explaining to Uber that I didn't pickup order they processed refund. This has never happened, beware. I am still in disbelief.

I originally gave this store a one star for bad service but I have got to say, whoever worked the night shift 1-25-2020 really changed my mind. For the life of me I can't remember his name(akilio) but he restored my faith in 7-Elevens. I bought a couple of monsters and as he was ringing them out he asked me if I had rewards so I could get a third monster "free". I said, No I didn't, so instead of contInuing with the sale like most assocIates have done, he had me put in my phone number and got me signed up. I truly appreciate him doing so, I'm definitely always looking for a good deal!
