Our non-profit organization had a wonderful time hosting our annual celebration event at event1013. The team was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We worked closely with Joy and she was very supportive and helped us get ready for our event. I highly recommend this space if you're considering hosting an event here.

It's great small event venue for about 180 guests max but that will be too much, ideally 120 guests would be comfortable here. The Only problem is Parking..being downtown and only two lane traffic bothways it's really tough. It has great staff.

The event space has new owners though I wouldn't have known with the wonderful level of service I received. I only know this because people asked me who I was working with at event 1013. Joy was so helpful and easy to work with to get a quote when I was explaining I really didn't need much for an event that would last a few hours and needed little set up. Staff onsite was super helpful during the event. We received many compliments and the evening was perfect. The owner, Jeannette, followed up with me. Overall, I'm 100% satisfied and will use them again in the future!

I would rate Event 1013 10 stars! The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating in helping me plan a Celebration of Life for my husband. It was super emotional for me. From my first email, phone call and visit everyone was great. The venue is amazing. They made sure everything was exactly how I planned a few days before my event. The day of the event everything from the music, lighting, the slide show everything went perfect. They made a super emotional day for me flow very smooth. I highly recommend Event1013 for any special event.

Positive: Wedding was beautiful! Venue is very antique with original flooring and walls. They set the tables and got everything together for us. We were able to set everything the way we wanted. The guests thought everything was cozy and unique. Great place for a wedding.Negative: Deborah, the wife, was rude to my mother-in-law. She didn’t want to interact and just accepted the payment. Ron was nice but when giving the tour of the facility he was saying a lot of stuff was included, but wasn’t. He failed to mention charges of each thing we wanted and made it sound like the price we paid was what it was. Of course any reasonable person understands that everything from the lightening to dishes is an extra charge. Completely understandable, but it’s misleading when you say everything is included. Probably should state that y’all have a packet with different add ons with prices listed. We asked multiple times, “it’s all included,” and he stated, “yes.” Should work on verbiage a little more so it’s not misleading to the next couple. He also stated to us that they would be offering us a room at the Aloft, on them. Then when the big day came this is what his wife stated to me in an email, “Hello Christopher. No, unfortunately not in your situation. We only pay for a room at Aloft when our client has a ceremony at event1013, not a reception only. The purpose of the room offering is to give the couple a place to get dressed, do hair and makeup before the ceremony since we do not have a bridal room on site. It is not needed if the client is getting married off-site.” When were we told that we had to have the ceremony at your venue? We mentioned multiple times to Ron that it was the reception and he said nothing! We DID get ready at the hotel before we went to the reception! Just because we aren’t “brides” but “grooms” we don’t take time to get ready?? Just because we don’t do our makeup doesn’t mean we don’t take time. That’s a little sexist of you to say. You should ask Debbie and her staff how we were busting our butts trying to get it perfect. Of course you wouldn’t know that if you actually interacted at your place of business more instead of only collecting payment and leaving.In response to her response. She provided the details after the fact that Ron presented that everything was included.They never told us, not once, we had to have the ceremony there in order to get a hotel room on them. She’s lying. Not in the contract or in email. We did get ready at the wedding and it took us 45 minutes to get ready. Still sexist. If we would of taken 3 hours to get ready then I guess that would of been more acceptable to her. Give me a break.

We celebrated our friend’s 60th birthday at event1013. Deborah and Ron were so helpful in all areas. They set up the space as requested. It was fun and elegant. The guests were thrilled with the venue. Everything was so clean especially the catering kitchen and the bathroom. The staff assigned to our party were so knowledgeable about technology which helped with our slide show. I can’t recommend event1013 enough. I would choose it again for other events. Thank you event1013 for a memorable night.

Our family just had a wedding reception here this weekend and it was wonderful! Everything went seamlessly not one single issue. Staff were attentive and on top of everything! I would recommend this place for any special event!Thank You All So Much to make our joyous occasion even more memorable!

What an amazing venue! We attended a fundraiser in event1013, with a crafts bazaar and a band performance to keep the event lively. The use of space was very efficient and allowed the organizers to facilitate the vendors on the perimeter and a stage with seating area in the center. That still left space for attendees to browse. Also, venue acoustics were great - we enjoyed every song. On top of that, the venue/event manager attended on the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly, which earns this place a 5-star rating for any event.
