Zero (minus 5 stars)..If you plan to rent in Evana Grove, think carefully......Be careful...before going to the office, first take a walk around the complex, you will see water gushing everywhere from the rotten pipes (70 years old)......Second, knock on any apartment, and ask if they have good service, if they recommend them to you... surely you will turn around without looking back...The rest is in the other comments...No pools.. no park.. yes garbage.. yes expensive rent..?

This is mohammad i m current resident in this apartment since last 3 yearsElizabeth manage is amazing very active about her work two gurls from her team are amazing too very very helpfulWhen I need maintenance request they fix it right away their customer service is great and they know how to talk to their nice and mean clientsThat’s y I m staying in this apartment longer I will leave from her when I buy my own new house⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 7 stars customer service

Good morning I am posting this comment for the reason that I am really disconnected from this apartment complex when they first measured the rent it will be one thousand nine hundred and four hundred thousand in total two thousand three hundred and 50 and on the day of Oy I received a charge of (3000 ) I really don't know why so much money. If it's a terrible service, there are thousands of rats. Los Ayres hardly ever serve? There is no park for the children, there is nothing in these apartments other than garbage dumps? WOULD IT BE FAIR TO PAY SO MUCH MONEY IN BILES, REALLY DESPERATE TO LEAVE HERE? IF YOU HAVE NOT LIVED HERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO YOU GOD THIS IS UGLY AND IT IS TOO MUCH MONEY THANK YOU

I've lived here for 3 years, the company who owned it when we moved in was great, no pest issues prompt maintenance, and over all a very good 1st/low income apt. Since then management has changed 2 times, the 2nd management was ok not great but ok, this management tho is completely awful. To start we had a leak coming from our bathroom that we reported multiple times for months, then the ac stopped working and still has not been fixed (the city is currently taking them to court over this btw), there are roaches and they barley ever send pest control, the lady in the office is extremely unprofessional and rude, they cut everyone in our buildings rent short to August so they can renovate (probably why they aren't fixing anything), there's mold, and while we haven't quite moved out yet we have a neighbor who has and they're unjustly trying to charge her 8000+$ in fees for no reason. STAY AWAY

Worst apartment complex ever. Everything is poorly organized and dirty. The service is worst than that. Management’s need to be more cooperative and people oriented. Overall it was a worst nightmare living in this apartment.

I had just recently moved to the area and been turned down by two properties… I needed a place really bad having three teenagers is already a lot but loving with family was even more on top of it …. Called Evana and was immediately connect with James he did not stop until I was approved !! Beautiful apartment new floors and paint and moved in on the 1st of May 2023 I can not be more happier!!! I will be referring everyone to him thanks again for everything you have done for my family!!!
