I've been using European Cycle Sports to service my BMWs for 4 years and counting, but never worked with their sales dept. I stopped in to check on purchasing a BMW GS after a very disappointing visit to another dealer, and noticed a great used example for sale. Cole came out to greet me and shared details on the bike which he was extremely knowledgable on. Cole was also extremely transparent on the pricing and we shook hands on a deal. From there, ZigZag helped me though financing options in which he was transparent as well, no funny business! The whole process took less than 45min and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience from start to finish. Thank You Cole & ZigZag!

Purchased a new 23’ Speed Twin 1200 from here a couple months ago. Cole was Great to work with and I look forward to doing business with him again. Cole really helped me find the bike I was looking for. He allowed me to try a couple different bikes on 2 separate occasions and never once pressured me to buy anything. After taking the Speed Twin out for a ride I knew this was the bike for me. I asked Cole for a price OTD and he came back with a fair and honest price. Easily the best buying experience I’ve had. I’ve had more trouble buying bubble gum from a gas station. Everyone in there was great from employees to other customers just chilling and chatting. Hell of a Time!!

The place is awesome. Everyone is friendly and dedicated to make you feel comfortable. I bought two motorcycles there (BMW), sold one (Ducati) and got a ton of parts and accessories. Eric together with Jessica helped me with my NineT where I replaced basically everything in it, and now Eric is in sales and when I was changing tires for one of my bikes he convinced me to get a R1250GS, which I drove home the same day. They are easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. I recommend it a lot!

Eric in sales did a fantastic job. This was my first Triumph in my motorcycle collection. We were able to agree on price via phone, come into the dealership with no surprises and out the door in less than an hour. The bike was clean, fueled up and Eric gave me the entire overview. Everyone I interacted with at European Cycle Sports was top notch! I dealt mostly with Kevin, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions, and was happy to arrange test rides for all the bikes I was interested in. I bought a new Triumph Street Triple and the purchasing process was the smoothest I have ever experienced. To top it off, they made me a great deal without any pressure or haggling. If you are in the market for a bike, or just want to browse some nice machines, definitely give them a visit!

Third bike purchased through them, 2024 Triumph Street Triple Moto2. Kevin is the best to work with. Zig Zag, Cliff also make the process smooth and easy. Jessica rocks in parts and their service department is great too. Can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Purchased a 2023 Ducati Diavel v4 from Eric and the buying process couldn't have been easier. I was coming in from out of town, and driving 2 hours to a dealership, you never really know what games they're going to play when you get there. At European Cycle Sports there were no games, just really helpful, really friendly people. Bryan worked me out with DFS, went over everything with me, no hard sales tactics, and I walked out with a great deal and the bike I wanted. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend Eric, Bryan, and European Cycle Sports.

Five stars are not enough. I just purchased a BMW r1200rs from these guys, and it includes a trade in. Cole and Ziggy are over the top. I've been buying and selling motorcycles for over 50 years. In fact I used to be the General Mgr of a Honda/Triumph store. I've never seen service and helpfulness like these guys anywhere before. Once we determined the trade in value and the price, everything went as smooth as silk. If you're looking for a great motorcycle dealership, look no further, you've found it.

Such a great experience, from the beginning that my husband started talking to Cole to the signing of the paperwork a year and 1/2 later. Great staff, friendly, and knowledgeable...We had an issue with the paperwork before our sale was complete and they made it right before we left.. Cole, Zig Zag were top notch. All the staff there are top of the line...Could not have been a better experience. Highly recommend buying from here.

I recently purchased a BMW R 1250 GSA from European Cycle and got a great bike and had a great experience. Cole was very helpful, not pushy and always answered questions. I would recommend him highly. When I went to pay, I expected the high pressure tactics I have seen at every other motorcycle dealer, but Ziggy was great. He presented options but did not push or oversell. Jessica in parts was extremely helpful. I had a great experience with this dealership and will continue doing business with them. Highly recommended.
