I came here in early June 2024. I had recently went to another nail place and my nails were breaking fast so I called Escape Nails and asked if they could take me last minute (about 6pm). When I arrived, they were finishing up on another client and I ended up being the last one. They did such a good job on my nails and were friendly to me. It has been 3 weeks and not a single nail has broke- I am super impressed and will be going back today which is why I am leaving the review. The quality has been good for me so far. :)

3 stars because although my nails are fine, the overall experience was not great. I called ahead on my way from working and they said they would take me around 6pm. When I got there, I was the only customer (they had just finished with another) so it was uncomfortable because they were clearly not happy I was there an hour before closing and everyone sat around and waited. Don't think a one smiled... not a requirement obviously but doesn't make a customer feel welcomed and want to spend money there either. I got a dip manicure, charged for the tip ($5, ok understandable) anddd to file the tip into a shape ($5, is that a thing now, to charge for filing the nail into an almond shape?). But it does not include cuticle trim/care, lotion or anything else besides a couple drops of oil at the end apparently. Maybe that also costs extra on top of the $50 total?
The pedicure was good, but I couldn't relax at all because of the lady doing my nails, she just made me feel unwelcome. So the whole time I was thinking, "I will never be back."
So in conclusion, if you want nails done and don't care about the relaxtion part, go for it. My nails look good, I just didn't enjoy my time there. Or maybe just don't go after a long workday or anytime within 1-2 hours of them closing. Maybe it was an off day (Thursday?). Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience!

So glad I found Escape Nails! I was long-time customer at another nail salon and never realized how poor of a job they were doing until I went here. Escape Nails exceeded my expectations with not only the quality of their work but their efficiency, too! I was so used to waiting sometimes HOURS to get my nails done (with false hope for a shorter wait at other places) and have them turn out less than desirable...only for them to last a week tops! Escape Nails got me in and out in, no fuss, with great work. I haven't been back in weeks and my paint job is still going strong! This tells me they don't dilute their polish like some other places do or cheap out on other products. STRONGLY recommend!

Kim kim and Julie Are the best. I would suggest calling to see if they're working. And/Or request for them Very nice customer service. We go here for our pedicure. Reasonable price. Very cute store. Clean. Cleanliness is my biggest thing, I've been here over 15 times.

Customer service was off the charts with excellence by Mr. Lee front desk and Judy my nail tech Friday December 8th. Staff there were nice and professional. I look forward to return for future nail care.
Everyone should try this establishment. There great! You won't regret it. ????

I’ve been coming here for years when I visit my parents and finally popped in today.
Before coming in, I took a glance at the reviews and saw multiple mentions of poor customer service. But I still decided to go today, because I remembered the good service and quality nails I had gotten in the past. However, the other reviews are definitely true, and I agree this place is not what it once was.
Very disappointed with the service and quality of work. Henry and the other man who works there were fine. However, the blonde older woman was just terrible. She didn’t clean my cuticles before hand, which I asked for. She just dismissed me saying, “I’ll do it later”. As you can see on my thumb, there’s already a gap in between where the nail polish starts and my cuticle. We paid for cuticle service, but she didn’t do it and was visibly annoyed when I told her to put the polish all the way up to the cuticle. Not only that, when she finally did clean up around the area. She cut me on multiple fingers (as seen in the picture).
The customer service was also very disappointing. She didn’t even make an effort to lean into the chair despite me getting a manicure and pedicure simultaneously. She kept shouting at me to move over. But I was sitting on the chair already with my right hand crossed over my chest, leaned over the arm rest. I was actually leaning over the chair to reach her because she refused to move closer. Terrible terrible experience and disappointed that this place has gone become this bad. The the other workers were fine, but that blonde woman is the reason that customers like myself will not be coming back.
If you’re looking to spend your hard earned money on your nails, I would suggest looking elsewhere. This place will definitely disappoint.

I went in for a simple color change, nails didn't even need to be cut or filed. Charged me $29 for it and they did a pretty poor job. There were bubbles, uneven paint; the woman kept having me remove my hands from the light after 30 seconds and then painted 1 finger and put it back in, etc. It was the oddest manicure, and she lost count of how many coats she put on each nail so it was very uneven and looked awful. Had to have it redone 5 days later. Place was also empty when I came in late on a Sat morning; they were all napping in the chairs.

I LOVE this place. when i go to other places my nails have never lasted more than a week and a half. After getting my nails done for the first time here they are three weeks strong and im thinking they might last a month. The pedicures have always been the best, they are careful and spend their time with the massages as well. Not to mention the great wine! highly recommended !!

not the best service. the lady doing my nails was clearly very tired, and used the same cotton ball to wipe off my hands that she used on her own hands. i expected this place to be more sanitary. i’m not satisfied with my nails. they are dented and not shaped evenly and not worth $50.

my bestie and i come here every time she gets her nails done, staff are always kind even through the language barrier, we both always get great results that last 2-3 weeks minimum. definitely recommend!
