I have been to this store at least 5 times and leave empty handed every time. I don't see any reason to come here unless you're shopping for an egg shaped BBQ of which they are overflowing. The sales associates working the floor are rude and unhelpful and always engrossed in conversation with each other. Really, there is no reason for you to patronize this place. Their inventory on basics is always incredibly thin and I can't imagine they have any buying power compared to the big boxes like Home Depot or Lowes. I'm really stumped about this place.

Alan F at Elliot’s Ace Hardware was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with Stihl products. Bought both mower and weed eater. He assembled them and instructed us on use and safety. Thank you Alan.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim Madden on my project which required 18 small bolts and washers. In addition to being very knowledgeable and proficient in supplying the required materials, he was friendly, courteous, and professional during my brief visit. Stopped by this morning to find some hardware for my car and Jim Madden (store associate )stopped by and helped me out, super nice guy and very helpful. Helped me bad my hardware and wrote everything down for me, definitely coming again.

Elliott's is a treasure in Plano. I needed a certain size screw and went back to the aisles where they have hundreds of drawers filled with every kind of nut, bolt and do-dad you'll need for that project. When I arrived, Jim Madden was waiting for me. He asked what I needed, and took me strait to it. Even helped me make a better choice. Where else can you find service like that these days? And I didn't have to buy way more than I needed. Everyone should know about this place.

This is the store to go to with your hard to find questions. I needed a screw that no one else had at all. In fact, no other store had the knowledge to know that it was an imperial screw, not a standard. Jim knew, and worked with me until we got a solution. Love this store.

Jim Madden, he is EXPERIENCED AND A JOY TO WORK WITH. He took his time and made me feel like he was concerned for my needs.Elliott’s in Plano is my go to store for hardware as well as home needs. Prices are good service outstanding and quality products. I shop this store not only when I lived in Plano but I still return even though we luv e in Dallas.

This store has pretty much any nut and bolt you could reasonably want! Jim Madden was extremely helpful! Jim helped me find the exact hardware I needed; very quickly! I had a nice time at this store, as it was my first time. Elliots Hardware will definitely be a "go-to" for future needs.

Always super service here. A visit to this store is an experience. They have one of the most complete stock of small hardware like nuts and bolts. These folks know hardware and stock what you need. That said, I was looking for a part that was on their website but not in the store. It still gets 5 stars just because I like hardware and am quite impressed.
