“Idk how I haven't given a review of this place yet. I went a year ago; The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I had what I thought was an obscure issue with a decades old Sony camcorder and he made an initial repair that didn't last more than a few days and took it back and permanently fixed it free of charge when it had the issue again. Honorable service like that is hard to come by these days. Worth every penny, IMO.”

“Came in for an OEM expansion pak for my N64 & also bought Virtual Pool as well. The man that helped me was really nice and quick to help me as I approached the counter.
They sell lots of retro games. NES, SNES, PlayStation games, Xbox games.
They also sell vinyls, CDs, and some Pokemon cards.
Cool place. Will be coming back!
Toward the back, they have CRT TV's for people that want to play certain consoles. Not sure how it works though. Will have to inquire about it next time.”

“Screen was broken, they had the best price. When i picked it up, they told me they had damaged the charging port and had ordered one to replace it, just bring it back in a couple of days. Even though the charging port was still working, they replaced it for free. I would have never known, so kudos to these guys.”
“Daniel at this location was so beyond helpful! He listed to my problems about my car battery and being rejected by other Battery+ locations. He stepped up and honored my warranty. This location, however, didn’t have the battery needed to fulfill the warranty but he went above and beyond to find a location with the battery needed and that would honor my warranty. 10/10 appreciate Daniel and his honor and determination.”
“I called and spoke with John about my key fob not working and got it replaced. Come to find out, my car battery had died from not turning off my brights on accident. John not only made sure I was ok, but came to my car to charge it and get it back up and running. He is very informative and has care for people! In saying that, I highly recommend to put your trust in this business. Will be going back when needed. Thank you for your generosity and empathy John!
