I’ve been in the neighborhood for a year now and being my wash and fold here. There was an accident with one of my shirts and the owner kindly called me back, and bought the shirt back. He was surprised that this had happened and said it was a really rare case. This is a wonderful small business and they treat their customers right!

I will never return to this business again. I took two sport coats to get cleaned and a brand new button down shirt. The first issue is they told me my items would be ready the next day after 3pm. I showed up to pick up my items and they had not even started on them. The shirt came back snagged and had stains on it. The two sport coats came back stained. Used to be a loyal customer for years, until they ruined my favorite, expensive pink blazer with "perfume or deodorizer that seeped into the fabric." The manager, Mark Nieto, was so poor at communicating, for literally 2 months (May 14, which was a week after I picked it up originally and discovered all of the blotches, so gave it back to them to try and fix) I had to text him almost weekly. I sent pictures, offered to meet him in person and show him all the spots, as pictures didn't even do the damage justice... yet he made up excuses left and right for his lack of customer service. He offered a credit once, but I don't want to send my nicer clothes there anymore... I want to have my blazer fixed or completely replaced, as they ruined it! I had only worn it twice, and this was the first time cleaning it because I was super careful with it, and now I cannot wear it at all - to no fault of my own. I understand that mistakes happen, but what really infuriated (and still infuriates) me about this whole fiasco was the "manager's" complete mismanagement of the situation. It is now July and they have still done nothing to make it right. So, I will be taking my clothes to Bibbentuckers or somewhere else that can better manage. Such a shame, I wanted to be sure the owner was aware so it doesn't happen again.

Best service we've received in regards to dry-cleaning in the area both for our family personally and for our business. They aren’t necessarily open during their business hours. You may go and find the doors locked, so you’re unable to get your clothes back. I like the eco-friendly concept but I actually need my clothes for work. This has now happened several times so I will not be using this dry cleaner anymore. I would really like to get my clothes back, though. I called, emailed, and messaged them on their website. Hopefully someone will get back to me.

Expensive. Asked if they scrub collar. The biy at the counter seemed not very enthusiastic about work. Said he does not know. I confirmed that he actually works there. He said, "I work here but I don't lean clothes. So I don't know". I walked out. I'd rather take my business where they are interested in providing service and are knowledgeable about what they do. Came here because of reviews. Wonder how they got them. Oh well.

I came to EcoGreen Tom's Cleaners for the first time on Saturday with my work clothes to get them cleaned. I was given a receipt that said to pick them up at 5:00pm on Monday. I was told on Monday that they "just didn't get to my clothes" and that was it. I got a call 30 minutes later saying that my clothes would be ready Tuesday, so I went after I got off work only to find out that they decided to close more than an hour early. A man was sitting outside of their shop stressing out because that had closed before they gave him his 40th anniversary suit and since it was 6:00 he couldn't find a place to go get one. Now I'm sitting outside and they have yet to open even though its posted that they open at 7:00. Hands down the worst service I've ever had.
