I’m visiting from out of town and needed my hair done but this was the worst blow dry of my life. I could tell my stylist didn’t know how to blow dry shorter bangs.. she curled them up instead of sideways and out which leaves shorter bangs curling inwards instead of out. I tipped her because I felt bad but that was the worst $66 dollars spent and I will have wear my hair up instead of down ?

I went to this dry bar location for the first time! Staff was kind and I got a first timer discount. However, one thing that really ruined the experience for me was that I was seated in a barstool that did not face a mirror. I asked if I could be moved because there was an empty seat and was told no. I don’t understand how there is a seating like that because I can’t see my hair being done and can’t tell the stylist in real time about anything I may want changed.

I just took my braids out and really just needed a good wash. Clarissa got rid of all the buildup and she took her time detangling. I feel bad for putting her through that lol! I didn't realize it had so many little tangles. Anyway I would have been happy just with the wash and detangle...I had no expectations for the style lol! But my hair looks really pretty and feels soft. Thank you Clarissa! You were so kind and patient. This photo is from the day after BTW.

Giselle was amazing! I had the most efficient, enjoyable experience getting a dry style here before a conference. I went in with frizzy, air-dried hair, and left 20 minutes later with great curls that lasted the whole day (and even the next) in rainy Texas heat. She was very thoughtful in using an approach well suited to my hair, which typically can’t hold a curl. Additionally, her product choice was perfect for creating a style that wasn’t crunchy, but had longevity. Not to mention, the products smell amazing!!! Their coffee was delicious, the atmosphere was fun and friendly, and the results speak for themselves!! Thanks, Giselle!

I came with my sister in law and daughter and had a pretty awful experience. My sister in law and daughter got the scalp massage and I asked for it too, their shampoo lasted 10 minutes longer than mine. I told my stylist that she barely massaged me and my wash was significantly shorter than others and her response was that she did do the massage. Then I said the same thing to the front desk and she straight up ignored me multiple times. I paid and left, and I won’t be coming back. I have gotten way better service at blow dry bar!

One year worth of damage applied to my hair in one sitting. The associate that worked on my hair seemed so inexperienced. Left with frizzy bumpy hair 2 stars since she managed to “finish” in an appropriate time

Love, love, love this place!!! I am visiting from 7 years!! So far has been such an amazing experience. Service was so fast and everyone is so nice from the moment we walked in. My stylist (Jen) was SOOOOO amazing and extremely nice! She asked me exactly what I wanted and gave me what I wanted!
Besides that this place is amazing! I would definitely ask for Jen the next time you go in!!

My daughter and I were out shopping and decided to stop to check out the atmosphere to schedule an appointment. We use dry bar products and have hair tools by them as well. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The ladies working the front desk did not greet us. We even tried sticking around just browsing the products on the shelves however still greeting. Needless to say that we didn’t schedule an appointment and will not be back. Customer service is priority.
