Should have more choices of yummy spicy chips loved the spicy fieras couldn’t find in store then I wanted spicy sticks and couldn’t find in store, workers are not helpful

Normally I enjoy coming to this dollar tree.. but today I went, and there’s a HAND WRITTEN sign on the door that says “out to lunch. Be back at 1pm. It’s 12! Closed for an hour. Saw so many ppl trying to get in and then seeing the sign. If your sales take a dip, you know why.

Usually no one at any register, you have to wait till they see you or call out for someone.

Horrible service! I purchase a scent warmer Saturday. I specifically asked the cashier could I bring it back if I didn't like it he said yes as long as I had the receipt. I came back the following Tuesday and returned the item like I WAS TOLD and the manager tried to tell me I couldn't do an exchange . I pointed to the item to show her it wasn't used and she had an attitude. She was throwing my stuff around and mumbling. When I asked for the store information she refused to give it to me. If you don't want to work in customer service get another job in another industry pos.

Great customer service I usually can find things there that I cannot find another dollar trees. Store manager truly cares for customers, and as always upbeat and friendly. Employees go out of your way to be helpful and friendly. Store is very clean and well organized. I shop at many dollar trees to find all the things I need and this is my favorite.
