Ms. Linda taught my two children preschool for three years. The children love being in her class. After having over 20 years teaching experience, she opened her own preschool and after school care center.The students here are taught by certified Montessori teachers. They also have Spanish and Chinese classes daily.Ms. Linda has high standards for academic achievement. My older son says everything he did in Kindergarten, he had already learned in preschool.In addition to the preschool, she teaches Chinese on the weekends at this location. As you can see, Ms. Linda is very dedicated to teaching kids.

I enrolled my kiddos here since June. I love DMA using Montessori method to teach kids and also provided Chinese, English and Spanish to let kids have explore different language environment. Linda is phenomenal and very responsible. Teachers and staffs are so great to take care of my kiddos. My kiddos love to come every morning. I saw their smiles when I drop them off and pick them up, I certainly know they have a good time here and definitely ease my nerves as over protective mom. Highly recommend this place.

We love this school! We switched our son from another school when he was 10 months old and had no concerns that they would take good care of him. They are organized, great at communicating and very responsive (way better than the other school he went to previously) and send multiple updates and pictures throughout the day. The teachers are caring and nice, and he loves going. He has now been going for 10 months and has learned so much!

My son started weekend Chinese class since he was 3. We are so proud that he learned a lot Chinese words and Chinese pinyin. He really enjoy the class and the teachers are very patient and experienced especially Ms Linda. We will definitely recommend DMA to our friends.

We have sent both of our kids to DMA for going on 18 months, current ages of 6 & 3, and this school has been excellent for us and our kids. DMA staff regularly communicate using the ChildPilot app, at pickup/drop-off, and regular conferences. Our kids are well ahead of their public school peers in both reading, math, and critical thinking. We like that the school offers Chinese as a second language.

Great place for the kids, fun but education focused at the same time. Kids are enjoying to go (which is very important to me) and progress academically very fast. Teachers pay personal attention to each student. Also, Ms Linda (the owner and the principal) is very attentive and accommodating to our family needs!We are thankful to be a part of this school and highly recommend it!

My children attended DMA for over a year, and we were absolutely delighted with their progress, both in terms of academics and socialization. The individual instruction they receive in classes is plentiful, and the variety and quality of enhancement activities are outstanding. Highly recommended!

We have loved being apart of Discovery Montessori! Ms. Sophia has been an amazing teacher and our daughter loves her. They also use an app to give us updates through out the day on how our daughter is doing. We couldn’t be more happy!

Amazing preschool with lots of performance opportunities. They also have Spanish and Chinese classes starting from a very young age. My daughter had a great time here and made many friends. She will be back for summer camp.

We are so happy with this school. Our son started attending when he was 15 months old and we have been very happy with the care, starting in the infant class and now in the toddler class. Our son comes home happy and talks about his teachers and classmates. We know he is well cared for and loved. They provide pictures daily to share their activities and send messages as necessary. We appreciate the communication and know our son is learning because he comes home singing songs. We are so thankful to his infant and toddler teachers; they make his experience and care so great!

My son attended prior to covid and went through the kindergarten program. He is non Chinese and learned Mandarin and even competed at UTD at a Chinese contest. This school is amazing. He learned to read fluently and can sound out words he has never seen easily. He learned double digit adding and subtracting, and his vocabulary was beyond his years. He stopped attending once pandemic hit and we moved further out to Prosper/Celina area so the distance and covid made us pause. He entered 1st grade at Prosper ISD (which is a known to be a good school district), however he was bored and complained of doing “baby” work. I noticed his eagerness to learn dwindled and his excitement for learning decreased. He was a different child, even behavior wise. I just re enrolled him this past week in Discovery Montessori for summer, and his demeanor has drastically improved! He is excited to show me what he has learned when I pick him up and most of all his happiness has returned! He loves learning again. He learned multiplication this past week and really understands the concepts. I love how they encourage him and don’t keep him in a box just bc he is 7. He showed me reading passages and questions he answered to help him with comprehension. I just can’t say enough about how great the teachers are here. It is worth the drive!

To make this short and sweet, A) Full disclosure, my kid loved this place BUT B) it is very unorganized, C) there is NO communication from teachers to parents, D) it's kind of dirty, E) what they do all day is kind of a mystery aside from the few pics posted on the app, F) my kid did not learn one thing the 7 months he attended. G) So basically it is a not so nice daycare at a really nice private school price. H) I don't believe the 5 star "omg this place is so awesome" posts, I just don't - No one can love this place that much, and most of the praise fromthose posts is just straight up actively not true.
