Don't really come to this place, the service is terrible, they denigrate you for not knowing how to speak English. I wanted to buy four tires for my truck and they refused to serve me because I didn't know how to speak English. There was no one who spoke my language so they couldn't help me.

Came to get tires replaced. The process appeared very transparent, the technician did a tire tread test on all 4 tires and showed which tires are pretty bad and which are OK. Even when showing the options on the computer, there were 2 screens that showed what the Technicians see... again kudos to the transparency.
Reason for the 4 stars..(hoping the management sees this), the wait area really is not up to the mark. The tall bar stools are really uncomfortable to sit on, literally felt like sitting on a rock. Really hard for people who need to wait probably an hour or hour and half for service. These definitely need an upgrade.
There is barely any coffee options other than a coffee machine with some options...no creamer and the rear of the machine has spider webs. And the fridge is literally empty...no water to drink, at least they could put a water cooler which seems to be a must in Texas..
Other than the wait service upgrades, its a good place to go for any tire needs

I had an issue with an improper tire repair (at another business) which was corrected quickly and free of charge. I've almost always used Discount Tire in the past and will make it my go-to place moving forward.

I arrived at this tire shop around 1 pm on a Wednesday. Prior to my visit, I called to inquire about their workload, and they assured me it was a good time to come in. I needed to replace three tires, and they efficiently accommodated me, completing the job in less than an hour. Given their usual busyness, I'm grateful for the prompt service. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly. Discount Tires is my go-to place for tire replacements!

Sonny with customer services is excellent and very responsive. When you buy your tires from this organization they make sure you’re getting excellent customer service in the future. I would highly recommend them for wheels and tire service.

I went in to get a new tire because I hit a curb and blew it out. I noticed my alignment was off and mentioned it to the employee that checked me in and he said they’d look at it. I ended up going back after my car was done because I noticed my alignment wasn’t fixed and they told me they don’t do that there. The employee that checked me in didn’t tell me that they don’t do alignments there. If I had known they didn’t I would’ve gone somewhere else. But now I have to spend my time at another car shop when I could’ve gone somewhere I could’ve gotten everything done at once instead. The other place I had to go to told me that it isn’t even safe to drive my car with the condition it was in, so I’m frustrated that discount tire didn’t even mention that to me, because I know they would’ve seen that when changing my tires because the other shop showed me exactly what was wrong. They let me leave without telling me that my alignment was messed up and isnt even safe to drive my car.

Had to share how awesome this location is. I had a flat at 5p on a Tues. Had a spare on my car but I was afraid to drive to Arlington, called this location 15 min before thy closed, Ben said get here b4 6p and we got you. I got there 5:50, they got me in and out w/in 15 min and were able to repair my flat. Thank you Ben and Hayden !!!

I have been a customer of discount tires for 6 years. So far this is the best location I have been to. Friendly, fast service, and the time tool to get me my new tire on a pinch for time, was outstanding. Ben did a great job. I highly recommend this discount tire.

Had a great experience recently. Went to fix my Tesla tire. Received warm welcome, my issue was handled in a timely manner. Mr. Allen was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous. The waiting area was clean. The tech who helped me (sorry forgot his name) was very nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend this store.
