Before we had fixed the tire in this discount tire store, they sold other service and we accepted. But today we also wanted to fix. the staff said he would not do, just let me change a new one. Then I went to other Auto repair places, they had done, just cost $18
Discount Tire staff said I should choose a new one. But I just wanted to ask why, he said my tire is attrited too much, are you kidding me? 10000miles new car, just one year, attrited too much? Did The tire manufacturer know this problem? Or Discount tires just lie to customers . Discount Tire should not be sales, just focus on the service and honesty

A nail got into my tire and discount tire in Ohio drive just fixed it without charging me. I am surprised nowadays there is still “free” service! Regardless it’s a small job, they still need to spend time for it. I am grateful:)

I was there 3/1/25 to get tires inspected/rotated on a car that’s not been driven much in a few years. Despite going to the wrong Discount Tire location for my appointment (lol), Brandon was extremely helpful answering my questions and helping me out in timely manner.

Horrible customer service. I stop in to get a ture plugged. Not necessarily looking to purchase a tire Brandon!! I told you that upon arrival. I get it you have to make a sale but what bothered me was that the young kid removed my tire, kicked it, grabbed a bite to eat, had a conversation with his coworker, kick the tire again, put it on the stand to remove it, walked way, came bk to remove it, grabbed a bottle of water, and took my tire to the back. I'm literally watching all of this taken place 👀 NO SENSE OF URGENCY! By this time I'm frustrated yet quiet and watching. You never know who's watching.
So he continued 🤔 this routine of kicking this old tire of mine before the plug is completed. Unfortunately, I couldn't see what he was doing in the back. If I could I'll be adding it to this GOOGLE REVIEW. So after waiting about 45 minutes, Brandon never once come over to me and tell me the condition of my tire, if i need a plug nothing per our conversation earlier. He only walked pass me as I was eyeing the kid not taking his job serious. My time is valuable and I could of stopped anywhere to have my service done but no I decided to give you guys another chance, you failed me again!!
I watched every service person acknowledged every customer as they was departing with their vehicles. I was greeted when I pulled up by Brandon but after I told him I'm old school and a Woman w/experience with what I need and don't need so please don't try selling me a tire. I guess my departure was unwarranted, so I walked to the counter to get my own darn keys as the others huddle in the backroom/break room to discuss what I said to Brandon, because each one came out giving me that's her stare.
I'm very disappointed in your service. Too many BOYS fixing BIG MEN CARS while being selected on who they want to give great customer service too!! If I was a secret shopper I would fail this location. I should of went to PEP BOYS where they deliver great customer service!! Some Women you can fool and some you can't. I just happened to be one you can't run game on. I'm a country girl 👢 that's been ripped off so many times. I know what to watch and listen for.
Please tell that young man who repeatedly kick my tire, you never know who's watching and Brandon just because a customer tell you upfront what they want and don't want, you need to remain professional AT ALL TIMES ✌️ #Unhappy customer

I was helped immediately after stepping out of the car. I had a flat tire and the culprit was discovered quickly. Angel helped me from A to Z. He was honest and genuine with the pricing. Overall, it was a painless process to get my car fixed. Thank you!

I got the best customer service with a run flat tire for my BMW. I was quickly helped and I was able to leave with my car the next day. Grateful for all the guys at Discount Tire. They worked quickly to find a solution and so kind.

We brought our car in to change the tires. They didn’t take out a nail. They left it in there. Had to take the car back to Walmart and fix the tires again.
