Dropped my truck off with a flat tire. Got it back with pretty much every sensor tripped and my truck not running right. Timothy ended up telling me it’s not on them …it’s on me to get it repaired and they won’t help at all.
Wouldn’t even leave a review if there was a little bit of consideration.

Go to a different location. All Discount Tires I’ve been to have been exceptional. This one was honestly terrible. I had to wait forever at this one which is very unlike any other location I’ve been to, but the big thing was the issue with my wipers. I didn’t even go for new wipers but added them once I got there since they told me I could use them (honestly idk why I believed that) so they spent about 45 minutes and took four different guys to try to put new wipers on my car. In the end, they couldn’t find any that fit so they had to refund me. So they pull my car around and say “you’re good to go” and I literally have no wipers on my car and my clips just sitting on my hood? How could no one notice this? When I brought this to their attention, they had to dig through their wiper TRASH bucket they through my wipers away in. They came back and put some wipers in and said there you go. They weren’t my wipers and didn’t even fit into my car right - I literally could pull them right out. Then they tried to argue with me and tell me no, those are the right ones. Then they went back and found different ones and said okay for sure these are right. Lo and behold those ones weren’t right either. I know nothing about cars but I’m smart enough to see a giant gap in the clips these wipers go into that obviously didn’t fit. Finally they brought back some wipers that fit. No idea if they were actually mine, because I swear they aren’t wiping as well now. Honestly absolutely not worth the hassle. I’d rather go to any other discount tire location. Oh, also, I paid for a specific tire they said was in stock online that they didn’t actually have. They did upgrade me to the next one up though which is the only redeeming quality about this visit.

This has to be their worse store! They are very, very poorly trained and managed. Have had nothing but trouble and damage to my wheels as a bonus. Wheels were over torqued and lug covers damaged. Creates a huge safety issue.

My husband was at this location this morning to get out tire fixed. The sales rep was only interested in selling my husband tires. There was nail in one tire and we wanted to replace only one tire but he wanted to sell 4 tires to my husband. He kept on telling my husband the importance of changing 4 tires in new vehicles. The sad part is that he wanted to sell tires to my husband which was not even meant for our car. I discovered that after calling another discount tire who informed me that this particular tire is not in stock any any store within 30 miles of radius. I would never trust this store ever again. Be aware of these store…

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION DURING THEIR CONSTRUCTION! I found out after these two bays sat empty for 10 minutes that they are running with half staff during construction. I was there an 90ish minutes for a bail in my tire. Otherwise, I’m a loyal customer. Wish they would have given me a heads up when I arrived.

I showed up to this location with 29 PSI in my left rear tire and drove away with 29 PSI in my left rear tire on a 2024 Toyota Tacoma. The purpose of my visit was a tire rotation and balance. I drove back to this location to show them The app on my phone which displayed my vehicle status had been just updated. To prove to them that from what the technology is saying nothing had been done to my vehicle and yet I had been told that the tires have been rotated and balanced. Soon thereafter I drove to Toyota to have my oil service and explained to them what had happened and they said it is instantaneous as soon as you put more air in the tires it will indicate what the pressure is. It wasn't just my app but the truck dashboard itself showed that the PSI was 29 on the exact same tire along with all the other tires having lower air pressure than normal ie 31 PSI when it should have been 35 PSI. I don't know what happened but I do know Michael addressed my concerns and was there to listen and showed genuine concern and I appreciate him for that albeit it does not help the fact that my time was wasted.

I went to rotate my tires and then when everything rotated again and my tires were low and they were under warranty for miles, I bought an Arizona with a 50,000 mile warranty and my tires only had 20,000 miles. I told the seller to change my tires and the seller simply informed me that I couldn't, I had to buy other tires and so he informed me that they only want to sell money and they don't cover the warranty and my tires also have accident insurance, very bad service.

I drove 20 minutes to this tire shop because I had a great experience in the past, but unfortunately, this time was disappointing. Before checking in my car to change the front tire, I asked about the required time as I needed to pick up my son from school. I was assured it would take no more than one hour. However, when I returned after 1 hour and 10 minutes, they hadn't even started. When I asked how long it would take, they told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. Frustrated, I had to cancel the service and request a refund. Sadly, it’s not the same reliable shop it once was.

I had to come in 3 times for them to get the job right on a new set of tires. The first time they showed 6 tires in inventory so I waited in the store about 1hr. They started working on the car (taking all tires off the rim) and then realized they only had 2 tires. So, they sent me on my way with 2 new tires on one side, and 2 old on the other. I had to come back in the next day and have them put on the other 2. I leave again and think - I wonder if they replaced the spare? It was in the notes. Nope, did not replace the spare, so back I go.
When I expressed frustration and asked if they could reflect this in price the associate said nothing he could do and I had to ask to speak to a manager. The guy points to the manager at other end of the parking lot and says “talk to him.” I had to ask if he could call the manager in - which he didn’t do. He went out, talked to him, and came back to offer $20 off. Not too happy and in the end they offered $50 off the total for the trouble. After spending over $1,000 I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Lie about wait times just to get you to bring your car in. I left after waiting 10 mins and 5 different people telling me they would be right with me.

I bought a brand new set of Continental tires, paid over 1k for. Back right tire kept on giving me problems. Had to get worked on multiple times in this fourth month. They would blame the consistent air loss on the weather. I decided to go to a different discount tire. They were very kind and welcoming. They let me know it was a defective tire and would only charge me $100 to replace.

Stay away from this location. There is a salesperson here by the name of Wade who is VERY deceptive. He told me I needed new tires when my tires had only 17k on them. Like an idiot, I bought them. However, I will be contacting the corporate office. This is unacceptable.

Not recommended.
I went to change 2 front tires to pass inspection. I was convinced by a good salesman that the back would be better to change with a good deal since one of them will be there soon.
They found the front tire stuck so they told me they need to break the stud. I rejected and asked them to stop working on my tires.
They still changed all other 3 and told me we can't put back the old tires and left me with only 3 options claiming it is a safety hazard to put back my old tires on
1. Take old tires snd replace them somewhere else then come back to them so they refund me
2. Accept they put the front tire and they break the stud and I drive on 4 studs only [which is safe in their opinion although this can not pass inspection] then I pay 175$ to fix it
3. Accept the fact they changed 3 tires and leave after refunding 4th tire
Calling customer service did not help.
Calling the police did not help too.
The manager told me u agreed to change all 4 tires and u slided ur card with ur own will. We did not push u for this.
I do not recommend as I was expecting them to be honest and once they found one tire stuck to stop and give me the choice.

Bad attention. 30 minutes waiting and no one answering. There were 5 or 6 people waiting and only the workers passed by and no one answered.
