I opted got the mobile tire install. Keith did an amazing job installing new tires on my Tesla. He was super careful with both my old and new wheels, making sure nothing got damaged. His work was thorough and precise, and he was friendly and personable the entire time. Hard workers like Keith, who are also respectful and pleasant, are hard to find. Highly recommend his services!

Thank you Mike for taking care of my tire repair quickly! I was in and out of there in under an hour- in at 8:45, out at 9:35!, after wasting time driving to and waiting at the Coit/380 store!

When I asked them to replace the tire or patch it up, since it’s under warranty. The guy went on and on about telling me what I needed he said I needed to replace to other tires. I told him I’m only here for one tire. So stop forcing me to buy tires right Now. They are very PUSHY.

This is a great location to get your RV tires changed. It is right off highway 121 along the service road, so we were able to pull our 34 ft fifth wheel into the parking lot without any trouble. We called beforehand so they were aware. We brought our own tires and were $375 out the door for mounting & balancing all five. Waited about 2 hrs on a busy Saturday. Not bad at all!
We’d definitely come back here for our RV if we needed to. Thanks & God bless!

Purchased set of 4 tires. Made appointment for 1:00. Checked in at store at 12:45 and they pulled the car into a bay at 1:05 PM. At 1:35 PM I was driving home. I fired NTB because they told me the soonest they could get to me would be 4-days out and I have to give them a credit card deposit of $25 to hold the spot. I called Discount Tire at 10:30 AM and had new tires installed by 1:35 PM, same day.

I’ve been a regular customer here and auditaste the professional customer service and recommendations. Collin was able to give good advise on the tire for my Tesla.
Surprisingly the bathroom was not maintained at all!! No toilet paper no paper napkins on a Monday morning, water stain marks all over the napkin holder box. Even the water fountain had a lot of stain marks and looks gross!! Did not expect that here!!

Aaron, I can’t thank you enough. Thursday I received a call that my Grandmother was in the hospital and wasn’t doing good. I load my family up in the car to head out of state 4 hours away where she is in the hospital, come to find out our tire had a nail in it. The other discount tire employees were telling me a hour at least wait. Aaron heard this and told me to pull the car up. Because of this I was able to say goodbye to my grandmother who passed away yesterday and was only conscious Thursday evening for 30 minutes. God bless you Aaron.

Wanted to pass along a warning about this location. I stopped in on February 10 ,2024 because I so happened to be in the area to have them do a tire rotation and balance check and was told I had 3 bent rims and I needed to replace them. I found that odd since I've had a few tire rotations done in the months prior to my visit and no one EVER made mention of an issue with 1 rim much less 3. I did come in an hour before closing and maybe they wanted to make thier daily sales quota or commision goal even thought they supposedly aren't on comission. The sales man Hector ,I belive was his name tried to get me to buy $150 rims cause" they were sturdier than the ones that come with the car" I of course said no way and he said he had $75 ones that he could sell me for $50 each and waive the installation fee. The total was going to be $223 which I didnt have at the time and said no thank you but asked for a print out of what he quoted me to keep in case I changed my mind but I had a very odd feeling I was being conned so I left. Fast forward to 3/27/24 ,I made an appointment at the Discount Tire in Wylie which is closer to my home(and is actually the one I normally go to when I have issues with my tires cause they treat me good) to have them look at one of the tires with a "bent rim" cause it had a nail in it. I asked them to please check my rims to verify I needed to to get them replaced and showed them the quote Hector gave me. They said they would check them out and after they were done replacing the tire with the nail in it I asked how bad the rims were and I was told there was nothing wrong with them and all I needed was a re balancing of the tires.I asked them were they sure and the guy at the counter went back and double-checked with the guy who worked on my car and he said there was nothing wrong with the rims. I was almost conned out of $223 and when I called the store to tell them my story they said it might have been a misunderstanding or that maybe it was simply a mistake. This could have been a vey expensive" mistake"and other than apologizing profusely and being told they dont operate that way and being asked "but your cars ok now right" I didnt get a sense that something was going to be done but was told that they would use it as a teachable moment and follow up with the people involved. While I DON'T want ANYBODY to get fired I was sort of put off by the fact that the situation was being treated as a "oh it was just a mistake" instead of hey how can we make this right with you, not that I was expecting or felt I deserved anything since I didn't change the rims out or lose any money(honestly I really dont know what could have be offered to help make me feel better other than feee tires but I know that wasnt goint to happen)but the fact that nothing was even offered or suggested tells me a lot about this particular Discout Tire location. All this just to say BUYER BEWARE if you are planning to go to this location.

I been there today for only air check .
Someone told me you have to wait for 45 minutes!!!.
After 20 minutes, he came to me and told me we can’t do it because we don’t have anyone for it!!!.
And just put some air on one tire and told me you are good to go!!!
Do you really think I don’t know anything about tire service Mr. SAL?!!!
Awful customer service.

I purchased windshield wipers from another Discount Tire 3 weeks ago. While I was driving home in the rain, they broke & flew off my vehicle. Thankfully, this location was only 3 minutes from where this happened. They replaced the wipers at no charge & even put them on in the rain for me. Thank you Discount for your help!!

Discount Tire has been the only place I buy my tires. The employees at this location are friendly and helpful as other locations. It can be a bit tedious when leaving as it's located on 121 service road. My last visit didn't go as smoothly as it usually does. I had an appointment for two tires to be installed, which I ordered a few days before. 1 of the 2 tires was not the correct size. They apologized for the mishap after I waited an hour. I understand things happen, but I'm not happy I have to go back. I will still choose Discount Tire for all my tire needs.
