They have a very old marketing method. Everyone knows now. There is no need to falsify the facts and suggest to you what they want to sell to you in a naive way, as if you came from space. I had to buy one tire, but the marketing was petty and tactless. They just have to suggest several models and let the customer choose. Do show one or two suggestions to make money. I personally will never go back to them.

They patched a nail in my tire for free in under 45 minutes at rush hour with customers out the door. Couldn't be happier. Customer service was also great, both in person and on the phone.

Discount tires is the best place to be. Even I have to pay extra vs Costco or Sam’s club for tires. I would to offer my business to them. I do appreciated for what they have done to me previously to fix my flat for free and timely manner. Specially want to mention that this location get so busy and they are compromising on their quality of service. They didn’t do a balancing on 2 out of my 4 brand new tires two years ago after mounting the brand new tires and I have to go back for them to balance two times. I was assuming just one out of 4 not balanced. Swing by last week and they promised to call to give me a quote but never ever. When you lost the trust factor is hard to get back.

Called discount tire and talked to CJ about rims and tires was quoted 1850 walk out price. I leave work to go get the set put on my vehicle and when I get there I am told a mistake was made. My wife followed to pick me up cause she had an appointment to be at asap. They said they would call me when everything was figured out. Then I received a call from the manager saying that the new price was 2929 for the set that I was quoted on. So now I missed a whole day of work and nothing done to my truck. This place has no work or word ethics I could only imagine the quality of work done. I’d stay away from this location and seek another location or place of business.

Kudos to this crew at Spring Creek parkway. High exclusively buy tires here for all of my cars, have so for 20 years at various discount tire locations.
My wife's new Lexus caught a screw in the tire, went flat overnight. Fortunately I was able to give her a different car, pulled the tire myself and carried up to discount tire. Dropped it off and they texted about an hour later that it was ready to pick up, The kicker was they didn't charge me anything. They just asked that I come by a tires from them on this Lexus needs a set. Done. Exceptional service. Something very much appreciate.

I have been associated with this store for last 9+ years and so far this was very welcoming. But today one person spoiled everything. I went to this place to remove a nail and this gentleman stopped me at the parking lot to ask what I am here for. He went to my car to check the thread of the tyres and said “ I can’t fix this. You have to buy new tyres”. Now because of this attitude I will never go to this store. I said ok and went to another discount Tyre between 121 / Custer. I met this gentleman Brandon. I told him this what I have been told can you fix it. He said certainly and did it in five stars. Also he gave me great price on new tyres which I purchased and will be installing soon.

Friendly staff helped me quickly get my tire pressure checked after my light came on. They aired up all my tires and I was back on the road within 20 minutes.

Fast service...competitive prices. I have been doing business with Discount Tires for years and years! This location has the friendliest personnel...they even smile when giving free tire inflation!!!!!

I had issues with customer service. Their waitlist journey tracker app gives wrong expected time of completion of service and made me wait longer.
