Went here a couple times recently. Once for a warranty check on my tires and the second with just a wheel that needed a tire. A few different people helped me out, but all of them were awesome. Friendly staff and very quick service. I'll definitely be using them again.

The store off Park Ave did a great job. Tire rotate and rebalanced with appointment scheduled work great! Jean and Daniel treated me with respect and total professionalism.

I went to Ave K and Park because the tire pressure on my tires were off not sure why it was and next thing you know they told me I needed new tires because my front ones were worn out on the inside and in the danger zone.
So a week later went to another discount tire off of 75 and Spring Creek to get them rotated and that guy told me the same thing that I needed new tires and they were in the danger zone. I’ve had people look at my tires, including my husband, friends and my cousin and they said your tires don’t look like they’re worn out on the inside? I looked myself and thought the same thing
I went to a reliable source and a recommendation to Goodyear tire at 15th and Custer. They rotated my tires and they said they are not worn out. You did not need new ones.
I am disappointed in discount tire for lying to me and telling me I need a new tires when I did not and I’ve only had my car for less than a year even though I bought it last summer year old used .
Nick, the manager at Park and Avenue K you should be ashamed of yourself for telling me I need a new tires when I didn’t. People be aware that they’re just out for money and want to sell people tires when they don’t really need them just yet?

Discount Tire Store on East Park Blvd in Plano, TX
This store has gone downhill, the service quality and workmanship have reached the worst bottom in recent months. I would never recommend this store until the Discount Tire management recognizes the big problems and fixes it.
We have been doing business with this store for the last 35+ years, they used to be very customer-oriented with quality services. No more now and we are taking our tire needs elsewhere (for the 5 cars in our family).
Here were our experiences from doing business with the E. Park Blvd store in Plano:
(1) During Dec 2023 - January 2024, we got two cars for replacements of all tires. On both jobs, the technicians damaged one valve stem of the wheel and rim on each car. As a result we were unable to inflate the tires with damaged valve stems. We did go back and complained about the problem on workmanship, and they were able to replace the valve stem on one car, but not the other. As a result I have to buy a new rim for replacement.
(2) I put in order for a new rim to be ordered from Germany, I had to prepay it and they promised the rim would get in within 3 weeks before Christmas. Then they said after Christmas, then after New Year. By the end of January for almost 2 months, they still had no clue when the rim would get in. So I insisted on canceling the order and got a refund.
(3) I would expect the technician would fill the tire with air pressure according to the car specs shown on the side door of driver. On one car, it was supposed to be 36 psi, and when I checked after getting home the next day, they were 50 psi. And the other car, the tires were supposed to have 38 psi. But they were only 28 psi.
We would never do tire business with this store again.

I recently purchased new Falken tires for my Tacoma to replace the stock Goodyear tires that were worn out. Working with Daniel was fantastic, he was very professional, honest, and gave me a fair price. The tires arrived the next day after ordering and the installation process was super smooth and quick, in and out within 30min. This is an excellent location, definitely the best I've been to, with great staff. I will return!

This is a great location with awesome people. I came here to purchase tires for both of my cars.
For some reason, one of my front tires slowly lost air. They were accommodating and checked all of the tires + rims twice.
What I love about it is that they don’t try to sell me anything. They REALLY want to make sure the tires + rims are okay before investing money in new things.

Been coming to get air at this locations and always got taking care of! Have a great team & customer service was perfect, told me they were going to get to me at a certain time and got me in faster than expected! Chris , Blaine & Nick serve their purpose here for great work , highly recommend!
