I love this Dillard’s at Willow Bend Mall. They always have the best selections with very friendly employees. Today I visited and had the best experience with Jihan in the ladies swimsuit department. Her manager, Alma, was extremely helpful and sweet too! My compliments to Brooke the general manager for having such caring and kind employees. I will see you all again soon! Thank you!

Lots of smiles and friendly service. Seemed that they where eager to help. I gave them a 4.5 because I went to another location and they told me that this location had a cologne I wanted but they were out.

This review is regarding the store manager , so
My son had interview and he was accepted by the department supervisor for sales representative. My son went the first day to start the work out there and he was surprised by the store manager telling him we don’t want you here and we will call you later , but it appears that manger kicked my son out just because his name is Arabic name. I feel sympathy for such mentally running a business in this store.

Love the selection of this Dillard’s. Cologne prices are really high and my son just bought the exact same Versace for $68 and I paid $105!?love the quality of clothes and this store has a big and tall section where I can get things for my husband.

I went to buy a coach purse today and lady who works at bag department with gray jacket for the love of god stop staring at people ??♀️ If I want to spend 400,500$ on bag I need time to look at them ok?!!! She was staring to my soul and not even blinking, I just left without shopping bcz I want to be comfortable to make a decision ? but love this location overall
