**update** Please reference the photo and zoom in on the phone# on the door that matches the listed business phone number. They are also listed on the Verizon account by name. We had to take a photo of the truck & the driver as we were in complete disbelief!Just had a TERRIBLE experience with this company that I would not wish on anyone. They were dispatched through Verizon who we have contacted and made knowledgeable of the issue before taking any further action. There was a 3hr wait in which we still had to contact to find out an updated ETA on the driver after not meeting the time. They gave us his location and he did contact once he made it to the area. We advised the driver of where it was located no problem and met him there. I pulled up next to the driver to let the owner of the vehicle out to assist. The driver sat in his car ignoring her essentially and texting on his phone. When she asked if he thought he could tow the car he said “I don’t know” rude and nonchalantly. During this my mother called and I was letting her know the situation play by play which had nothing to do with him or his job . She later came back to the car and said he’s not taking the tow because it’s “just like black people” to be saying something. He got in his truck and drove off. It’s unfortunate as the individual isn’t even black, she is biracial. I believe he may have been frustrated as it was relayed to us that his boss rushed him to the job. End of day that is not our fault and we did nothing to warrant this type of discriminatory behavior. The manager as well as the young lady were on the phone of which he admitted to using the racial slur multiple times and stated “I’m black so I can say whatever I want to say about those black mfs” and the manager laughed. I’ve never been involved with or witnessed this level of ignorance in my life. All triggered by him being “rushed” to do a job he signed up to do. I mentioned Triple A so idk if that is what made him angry, but regardless of the type of work, you are still running a business. After waiting 3 hrs this is what you get. Please avoid this company and we have already been in contact with the necessary entities to take further action. Working and having a degree related to this field fortunately affords me with the knowledge and steps to take in this instance but I just wanted to take time to let others know about our experience. This left the individual in tears and it really shouldn’t have been that deep. Ultimately I was able to call Triple A and a driver was there within 30 mins. Please use discretion with this company.

Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't use this company to tow a vehicle to the junkyard. They told me they were on the way. I had a friend help me push the vehicle out of a parking garage to the street to make it easy for pickup. After waiting 2-1/2 hrs I finally called back and was told that they had no record of the scheduled pickup and that they would not be coming. Had they just declined to do the Service originally I could have just left the vehicle in a safe location until I found someone else. They have put me in a bad situation and wasted a considerable amount of my time. My vehicle is currently in the way in at my apartment complex waiting on another company. Silas & Sons Quality Towing Services shouldn't be allowed to operate with this type of service.Service: Local hauling

They stood me up and never came in 95 degree weather. 2 hour wait. Stopped answering my calls and just was rude af. It was almost like I was being pranked.

Derric is literally the greatest! Man rushed over after a cop made a big deal about the car being stranded. Saved me so much money. Literally the best. Made a horrible situation worth it.

Coordinated through my Allstate Roadside. Cancelled my request twice with no correspondence. Person that answered the phone was super rude and abrasive. Answered another call while I was on hold and did not have the courtesy of muting the conversation. Claimed they were delayed due to hail and weather was totally clear last night. Car is still now towed and will have to find another company this morning. No respect for my time.

Very happy with this company. Very courteous on the telephone. Kept their word. Communicated clearly The driver, Steve arrived early and also was very courteous and helpful. I have saved their number in my contact list and will call them first in the future.

At first I was afraid to use this company based on some reviews but I am so happy and blessed I followed my spirit and did bc I was blessed to meet an angel by the name of Derrick he arrived exactly when he said he would, he was able to get my Tahoe out of a tough spot when another company said they couldn’t get it and he handled my truck so well he took his time and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the tow and he kept open communication with me the whole time about my tow. Derrick even went above and beyond by letting me know what he thought what was wrong with my truck and where I could go to get it fixed and lo and behold that’s exactly what was wrong with my truck. Thank you for everything I will definitely tell my family and friends and even coworkers about your company and to request Derrick. Great Job
