I come back to this store only because of Andrew. There is a guy with a face tattoo and I don't remember his name but they both are insanely helpful, really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about anything in that store.

Just watched a wrapped reptarium vehicle cross double yellow lines and whip around three cars on FM 546 in Princeton. A road that at least two people have died on this year. Shame on that driver and this company for employing someone so careless and reckless behind their companies vehicle.

The only thing g about this store that I don't absolutely love is there are some narrow passages that are hard to maneuver if there are others in them and with lots of glass tanks, that can be a bit daunting ?

I absolutely love this place. Every single time i walk in there we are greeted and asked if we needed help finding anything. All of the reviews about not offering help is wrong. There are workers there and yes it may not look like they are busy but they have so much responsibilities while helping individuals with their reptile ownership. My wife and I were helped very quickly even though we didnt buy anything at the time we wanted to look at the geckos and was met with knowledge of the animal and all of our questions answered. This place is the best place to get your reptile or have a bioactive custom enclosure made for you as thats what my wife and I are doing.

This place is excellent! It is like visiting a zoo! They had a great community event for their anniversary. I didn't know they do birthday parties and presentations! They had a great toy section as well with lots of different stuffies! My son who loves axoltols fell in love with this place. All the animals seem well taken care of and loved. The staff is very knowledgeable, especially Hex. We will definitely be back for all our reptile needs!

Absolutely the BEST experience getting a tree frog for my little boy! He loved seeing all the animals. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!

This place is a whole vibe! It's a bit of a drive for me, but always worth a visit. I've bought feeders, plants, inverts, soil dry foods, and tanks from this place. I've even trusted my sweet Day Gecko to their care when on vacation. I can't recommend this place enough.
