“I came in on Valentine’s Day and the staff was so nice and helpful, especially Ken. He was so patient, waiting for me to pull my car around while I made space for my purchases before pulling in. I had a few empty boxes I needed to get rid of and he even took them off my hands. Literally so kind and so above and beyond. I know how exhausting it is to work in customer service on a holiday and I appreciated the time that is clearly taken to make customers feel cared for.”

Naseem helped me determine what was wrong with my car and even started it for me. He also let them know to bring my groceries back out. I like this place. Great prices! Good selection of products and very friendly staff. This place has only one drawback. I don't understand why the fitting room doesn't work here often. It seems to me that should be warned about this when entering the store. It’s very inconvenient when you’ve chosen 20 dresses but can’t try them on.”

She is not just selling to make money but the value of her service was excellent! It took quite a while what perfume I want for myself. My husband & I extremely unexpected the way she treat us. So patient, friendly, good listener, respectful & knowledgeable about colognes/perfumes. Thank you so much I received my Coco Channel! The New one!!! I am happy that arrived so quick!”

“Over the years I have been to dozens and dozens of Walmarts, but never have I come across a store that is noticeably a cut above the rest. More specifically, the staff are just top-notch. The head of the apparel department, Maria (think that's her name), Was so kind and helpful and genuinely seemed to enjoy doing the work that she does. Not to knock Walmart in general, but you typically do not see that level of enthusiasm or intentionality from the employees. In fact, I'm hard-pressed to think of a place that rivals the customer service of this location. Most impressive.”
