I recently on August 31 purchased a new lincoln navigator and Miguel the finance person made several mistakes on the contract documents as well as signing us up for an unnecessary maintenance contract when I told him I was not interested he lied to us and said it's going to pay for it's self in 2 visit saying they have to flush all fluids at 15k miles check up and service and this visit alone is $1700.00 including cabin filters so we agreed to maintenance contract after all the delays and mistakes he made on the contract he had to tear up papers and bring them back to sign again we were past late for lunch and maybe that was the idea to wear us down and get us to sign up for something we didn't want so a couple days after getting home I called another lincoln dealer to ask for an estimate for 15k service didn't have to be to the penny but a close estimate service writer replied $180.00 at most if I need cabin filters quite different from what Miguel said so I started calling the dealership to get rid of the maintenance contract on the contract so that we could modify and adjust payment due to it being holiday weekend I thought maybe it would not be processed yet I have called every day for the last week and Miguel apparently is trying to avoid me I know that it will change his commission but it just reflects badly on the dealer he represents when you purchased a 100k plus vehicle and Miguel won't return a call. Two other people say they are willing to help me at the dealer and I will reach out to them in the morning and if they can achieve the goal I'll be more than happy to write another review but right now Miguel is just waisting time in my life and I am not happy about it especially since he was wanting to go to any length to sell something else to raise commission including lying about maintenance costs and by the way was over $100.00 more than what he showed us on paper very sad.

Made an appointment for a coolant flush and the service team was able to work with my schedule to find the best appointment time and let me know how long it would take. The multi point inspection that was emailed to me revealed I needed a spark plug change. I was able to easily add it to the work up with the cost notated and it was completed within the same original time estimate.

We recently purchased a low mileage 2021 Lincoln Corsair from McDavid Lincoln, and our salesperson, John Carlson, was excellent to work with! The whole overall experience was exceptional and efficient! Highly recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars because I believe Lincoln ruined my car. I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change, and after waiting four hours in the service department, they finally told me it was ready. I drove home during rush hour traffic, and halfway through, I noticed my car wouldn’t go over 40 mph. I immediately called the dealership, and they arranged to have it towed back.
It turns out the oil change wasn’t even done correctly. The technician drained the oil but didn’t complete the job, which caused significant damage to my engine. They assured me they would cover the repairs, but I had to leave my car there for a while. I was provided with a loaner, but they kept my vehicle for three months.
Since then, I’ve had random issues pop up over the past few months. I had a local mechanic check it out, and he was shocked by what he found. Lincoln never fully repaired my car as they claimed. It was obvious they had used JB Weld on hoses they supposedly replaced, and other parts they said were new weren’t replaced at all. I took it back to Lincoln for another inspection, and they confirmed what my mechanic found—then handed me an $18,800 estimate for repairs!
I’m beyond frustrated. Lincoln caused most of these problems, and now they expect me to pay for the damages. It’s completely unfair, and I feel like my car has been ruined because of their negligence.

Every time I take my Nautilus into McDavid Lincoln for service I have total confidence that it will be taken care of with the utmost professionalism. Be it from John McDonough, the Service Director, Frank Soriano, the Tech or Richard Ancheta my Service Advisor.
It boils down to having peace of mind at an auto dealership.

Austin was Our Sales Man What a Bad Experience
20 minutes late picking us up at the airport because he was at Mcdonalds waiting . Said he wasn't paying for parking
Drove in excess of 80 mph to the Dealership
Didn't have the paperwork ready.
Brought out financing papers. No Austin Cashiers Check
Brings paper work and i start to sign and My Wife says No Austin
We told you it would be in both our names. He goes back a third time to get the papers. We sign we get the keys
There is no Charging Cables Austin says some one stole it.
We have been talking with Austin for a couple of weeks about everything. A couple days before we were to pick up the Aviator Austin said he moved the vehicle into the shop check it, fill it up with gas and charge it. It was full of Gas
It WAS NOT CHARGED
200 miles from leaving the Dealership the engine light came on
we get home after another 400 miles and the Aviator spends the next two weeks at a Lincoln Dealership getting fixed.
The water pump for the Electric battery was no good.
There was a short in the system. They would charge it and not check to see if it would hold the charge.
You Know Austin You didn't do what you said you would do.

Tuesday I called for him and got his voice mail. I asked him to give me a call. Its been over a week and still NO Call

I needed my headlight bulbs replaced. I spoke with Richard and he initally told me they did not have the headlights in stock but if I purchased my own bulbs he would have them installed for me. I stopped by Auto Zone and picked up two headlight bulbs and drove to the dealership. I had them replaced there becuase they were a little difficult to replace on my own. Richard Anchetta has been taking care of me and my cars for almost 20 years. I trust him and his advice. He and the team did a great job.. The receptionist at the front desk is very nice and a delight to speak with. I appreciate Richard and the team for taking care of my MKX... Nino.

I had a nail on my tire....I called on a sat...set an appointment for Monday....I did not have time and they said it would take more than an hour....we agreed that Thursday..my off day....I would come back at the same time...730a..... Thursday morning they took my car back...after 2 and a half hours...I ask....where is my car..I only needed change the tire....they said the tire wasnt there...it will be there by noon....ok...I'll come back Friday morning....in and out...right ....nope... Friday morning....still no tire..it's coming from ft worth should n by noon......here we are....3rd day...and still no tire....I had to leave my car.....smh.....all because of the size 21 tire...a size very few tire shops carry

Taken my Mkz in on September 3rd they kept my vehicle untill September 7th a hold week , my service person was Kelly I called him a couple of times he never called me the day before I pick it up he sent a text message,I had taken it in because the battery was dying over night , the battery was purchased less than two years from the dealership, but they said a Diagnostic was ran and I just need a battery , kept my car a hold week just to tell me I need a battery
I will not use them again
