Initially they were there to help someone else but he noticed I was also on the side of the road and came to check up on me and let me know my tire was blown out. He handed me his business card which would be so useful since my insurance roadside assistance was being difficult. I called them, told them my location and where I wanted it to be dropped off and they got to it immediately. They did such a great job and without them my afternoon could’ve been so much more worse. I had a flat tire and called Dallas EZ Towing. Steve came quickly and towed me safely to the tire shop. He arrived exactly when he said he would be there and was very friendly and professional. Hit this slab of concrete and called this company. He came in 20 minutes which was perfect. Safely loaded my car on the wrecker and took it to get the tire changed. He even told me a cheaper way to get my tire fixed which was even better. Got it fixed and now I’m finally able to go home!!! Thank you to everyone at this company. Steve with EZ Towing was perfect! He was quick to respond within a 30 min. timeframe (as indicated) and he took great care in loading/transporting my car. He went an extra step by waiting until my ride arrived before he drove off. He even texted me a picture of my car unloaded at the dealership to insure me it had been dropped off. I had gotten in an accident around 8: 00pm. I went through multiple towing services saying that they would get me, only for them to cancel. It. Came around to like 12:30 in the morning. Finally got in touch with these guys cuz that was the insurance companies control of the situation. Anyway, these guys said they would do it. They told me 45 minutes to an hour. They came in an hour, car on to the flatbed real quick. Towed me to house, got it off the truck real quick and then they took off into the night to help another stranded motorist. The driver/operator was very chill and you can tell he was experienced and knew what he was doing. Detoured around accidents and traffic and still got us there at the right eta. Very positive guy.

I'm so grateful for this company!! I was on the side of the highway, it was 10pm and they were immediate in their response. This was my first time using their services, but any hesitancy flew away because of how prompt, kind, and communicative they were throughout the entire process and even provided evidence of then picking up and dropping off my car without me asking them to give it. Last night I spent almost 4 hours on the side of the interstate waiting on my insurance company to send roadside assistance. During a thunderstorm with high winds, construction materials were blown onto the highway, and I was not able to avoid damage to my vehicle. Multiple companies accepted, only to cancel after over an hour of waiting. I finally got a call from Dallas EZ Towing. He said that he didn’t have any trucks available, but that he would come in his own personal vehicle to see if he could help. He found me on the side of the interstate in the middle of the night and was able to free my car so that I was able to drive off safely. I am so grateful for this person who chose to help when no one else would. It says a lot about his character and his heart. I will recommend this company to anyone. This is what makes the difference between a company working for money and a company working to help people in need.

Great equipment, great people. We had asked about towing a 1-ton truck and also separately a 30-ft enclosed trailer. Dallas EZ Towing 24/7 not only took the job (at 2 am), but also were able to load up both at once and make the 200-mile haul slowly and respectfully.
