the place always clean, the have what you need to buy. but only one thing the self check out the 2 machine didn't except cash? Why normally in any CVS, they have one for cash and credit, and the other for credit only ?

Impossible to speak with the Pharmacy by phone. No matter what you choose, the IVR is designed to dump callers into a voice mailbox, callback tbd. Unacceptable, CVS!

There is a reason this place is rated so poorly. Called them three times on different days and they never pick up. Let voicemails and they never call back. Changing pharmacy.

This review only pertains to one employee interaction so I can't speak to the operations of the pharmacy at large. That being said, thanks Greg! You were so helpful and took time to go over medications with me when it was obvious you were overrun with people in line. Appreciate it!

I've been calling pharmacy more than 10 times always goes to voice message. I've left so many messages to cancel one of the medicine that never need refill, no one was able to make it happen. I drove to pharmacy twice just to inform the staff to STOP the refill, they both told me it was stopped but it keep charging to my insurance again and again. I am super frustrated with this service.

If I could have a zero star I would give that.Horrible experience. Made appt for 3.30 pm Covid shot and I checked in before entering the store. When I go there to the window they said there are no Covid shots available. They did not have the courtesy to inform customer or text. Two days before my husband went for Covid shot after making an appointment. When he went to the store they said the vaccine is frozen so cannot provide vaccination.Never going out to this CVS again.

what's the point of setting up an appointment to get the vaccine, if you guys have people waiting all at the same time? why do i overhear that another customer has the same appointment time as me? makes no sense.

Pharmacy is incompetent. Suddenly after switching to this location my prescriptions never are refilled on a regular basis. After speaking to the pharmacist I was told thats because insurance doesn’t pay them until the 30th so they don’t refill prescriptions until after that. I guess it doesn’t matter if you’re out of heart medication for a week because you picked up your medication on the 23rd. Go to another pharmacy, any other pharmacy. I am changing all of my medication’s to someone else.

Beware of cheating here!! There are people taking the gift cards and noting the number and pin and putting it back as nothing happened. It could be staff or at least CVS is negligent. So beware of buying gift cards here. Also the pharmacy staff are rude when giving medicines.

The CVS store at Spring Creek in Coit is a disaster. There’s no one that actually provides any service or check out. When you walk in, there’s a 40+ year old, someone reading her phone standing at the entrance she doesn’t look up to say hello. The cosmetics were stocked. I couldn’t locate the products even after looking repeatedly. Requested but did not get any help. I said, I can’t find the products they appeared may not on the shelf. She responded “OK” without looking up from her phone and offered no help. I eventually located some but not all of the products that should’ve been readily available and went to check out. Most of these products were supposed to have promotions on them but the CVS app did not apply to promotions. I tried several times to resolve this problem at the self check out because the lady who apparently is not there to provide any service was continuing to play on her phone behind me. After about five minutes I went ahead and checked out after having been ripped off on the sales promotions for the few things. I could locate that I came to buy. She did without looking up on my way out the door, so thanks for coming. Believe me I won’t bother again. Obviously need to the store or CVS has their stuff together. I don’t know why anyone would bother entrusting a prescription to them when this is how incompetent they are, and running, basic retail or applying promotions.

When you call the pharmacy the phone automatically hangs up on you no matter what button or option you would take to speak to pharmacist or customer service representative or Pharmacy front desk it does not matter their phone system will not allow you to speak to them which is absolute neglect because they are dealing with your medication’s-I waited a long time for medicine yesterday but apart from that they forgot a medication and now I can’t get in touch with them to get it filledEdit: 3 weeks later they stillHaven’t gotten me my medicine- worst pharmacy ever/ if there was less than one star I would give it

0 stars if I could. Pharmacy phones turned off at all times so you are forced to go In person if you have any questions. They do not return voicemails and are not helpful whatsoever and you can see that from other reviews. I highly recommend going 5 min down the street to the CVS at 2102 W spring creek if you want any help or medication to be filled.

If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. This is my 2nd horrible experience in 3 months, and I'll be switching for sure. The 1st time around I went in to get an antibiotic filled. After waiting and waiting with no updates, I drove by and they said at 4pm they were out of stock. Apparently all CVS were out of stock. So I started calling other pharmacies and finally found one. Then CVS had to release the prescription, and it took 4 follow ups and an in-person visit to get it done. I'm stressing out because we're at the end of the day, and my daughter needs this ASAP. The customer service was awful. 2nd time around, again zero notification, so I drive up... another antibiotic. The guy says it's $30, and I say ok. He didn't notify me that the insurance card on file didn't work. I also asked if there was flavoring, they couldn't tell me, but could add more for a charge. I didn't want to ruin it, if it already did, so I said no. Got home, found out they didn't run the Insurance, it was bubblegum flavored, and the oral syringe they gave me wasn't even for the right dosage. I would hate for them to be in the position to do anything complicated. Not again!
