Pharmacy extremely short-staffed. Staff has turned off the phones and do not answer them or return calls. Staff is unaware of what the customer has been notified of via text and app making each visit much longer than it should be while they are looking this information up. Constantly contacts doctor to switch prescriptions when not asked to, and there is no way for customer to prevent this. If prescription is name brand they will not have it in stock the day it is due to be picked up- ever- even after customer has been filling that prescription in this building for over one year.

Such bad customer service. I went to pick up prescription last Friday. Was called to one register . While he was helping me, he called another person to the next counter, after 5 min discussion, I thought he will hand over my prescription but no, he called another person in line to next counter. My prescription was ready as they had texted me 10 times and did not require any consultation with pharmacist, it was refill. Such bad service.

I had very bad experience at the pharmacy. I went there to pick up the drug for my daughter's cold. It seemed that the staff had heard my pronunciation of my daughter's name and DOB incorrectly (I am an Asian immigrant and I have an accent). He told me that there was no drug with her name. He double-checked and asked again. I said her name and DOB again. Then he found the drug and I could pick it up.
In this short time, I felt something like racial discrimination. I still feel very insulted because of his attitude. I don't know why he was rude and could not listen to a different accent. In the receipt, it says 'helped by Kiana'.

Why can’t you ever check the voicemail and fill that prescription? Something is wrong with your phone system and voicemail. Fix it!!!!

Month after month I have issues with this incompetent staff at this pharmacy. My medication is a controlled substance & called in by my doctor every 3 months. I pick up a 30 day supply each month per restrictions. EVERY MONTH when I arrive to pick up my medication (per text message alerts & cvs app noting the rx is ready) I’m told it’s expired & I have to get my doctor to call it back in! My doctors office charges a $15 fee every time and have assured me that this is not their error. Every staff member at this location blame it on my doctors office noting they did not fill the rx out correctly. This has been my life every month for the last year! I only keep going here because they are the only pharmacy near that has my medication in stock. So here we are today, the day my next rx should be ready to pick up so I call cvs to prepare myself before arriving and being treated like a complete psychopath. I receive a call back from an employee that proceeded to tell me…..my ex is EXPIRED and before the fire could run through my veins….she said, Ms Kerr, this issue is not your fault and it’s not your doctors fault! This issue is our fault. Whomever is entering your rx info into our system is putting in the incorrect expiration date causing this problem every time your medication is ready! VIVIAN, you are an angel! Over 12 months of this happening over and over causing me to pay $15 fee and wait longer for medication…extra trips back and forth and being treated like a complete idiot by every member of the staff at cvs! Having her confess that this is the pharmacy staff negligence FINALLY!!!! This made my freaking month! In my opinion, Vivian should be running the place! As for the other staff members who watch me cry every month begging for a solution - no wonder you work at cvs! Might have to use more of your brain if you worked anywhere else ?

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a CVS, but this pharmacy sucks so bad I decided to. The staff is unprofessional, work without any urgency, and are also pretty rude. I’d recommend filling your prescription at any other pharmacy in the area

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They’re always very slow and have no idea what’s going on. All other reviews here are pretty accurate.

The drive through is frequently closed which is inconvenient for me as a mother with children. Hauling them all in is a huge inconvenience. Don't get me started on trying to contact them by phone because you will always get transferred to voicemail and are lucky if you receive a call back. Goodbye CVS. You've lost my business.

They close at 1.30pm for a lunch break without completing the people in the line who are waiting even before lunch hrs which is very ridiculous and they ask to wait or come back only after an hr worst customer service and rude behavior by the staff. It is purely them who have been making people wait with slow service.

Extremely poor service. Never fill the prescription on time and can't get to a person to speak to on the phone. Invariably, calls go to go to voicemail and they rarely return calls. It's very frustrating. Sure, they are busy, but their management need to staff it adequately.

My mom and I went through the drive-thru pharmacy. Stacy was very unprofessional and severely lacked customer service skills. We waited for 15 minutes, and she was right next to the window. She was avoiding the responsibility of answering and chatting away with her colleagues (I could hear her talking about weekend plans). She then talked to me in an aggressive tone and walked away while I was in the middle of asking her a question about the medicine. When she came back, I told her that it was rude how she abruptly left, and she said, “I can make you wait an hour to give you this medicine”. At this point, she already had my license and method of payment and walked away once again. She was cussing under her breath, and I could still hear her through the speaker system. I then went inside the CVS because she was withholding my mom’s inhaler for asthma and it was very important, as her cough had been acting up. We tried to talk to the manager about it, but she was very dismissive and refused to receive feedback, as she didn’t see a problem with how the situation was handled. I was very disappointed with the attitude I received and the threat of withholding my mom’s inhaler.

cvs is charging $64 for flu vaccine. Be careful is not free if you don't have insurance. you can go yo Walmart pharmacy ir Market street pharmacy and pay less than $25 to get vaccinated. Prices at CVS are outrageous and abusive!

We can not get in touch with their pharmacists on phone if you have questions. If you have questions need to leave a voice message and we won’t get a return call from them

If I could give the store a -10 I absolutely would. I have been waiting since November 5 that’s right November 5 for someone to call me back about my prescription. But of course they don’t and then they came up with a great way to avoid the customers unless you drive up there with a new phone system that they do not call back or by chance if they happen to answer the phone they pick it up and hang it right back up on you again I have no idea how this particular store is still in business, but as of the first of the year, I will be moving on everyone in the store needs to be fired and they need to hire some people with some customer service skills.
