Went in due to my eye being severely irritated gentleman who was stocking up helped immensely in trying to find an eye patch however my experience with Khan was not so pleasant. Marketed he had a $10 off coupon to sign up for the membership CVS offers once hearing about the membership said I was fine without it. Tried a second attempt and still denied it. Khan was no longer happy that I wanted to take part in the "$10 off coupon" and after marketing himself as being nice and jovial his expression completely changed. Normally I dont write these negative reviews however my eye was extremely irritated and the fact that he only cares about what I assume was a "sale" Im writing this out.

Abdullah was fantastic front desk person. He went out of his way to help me. I’m shocked how well I was treated by Abdullah and Stanley the Pharmacist. Couldn’t be happier!

This review is NOT for the pharmacy. The clerks at the front registers are not trained to deal with the public. I've had numerous problems trying to check out here. The clerks seem to be miserable, unable to speak English, under staffed, unfriendly, lazy and/or clueless. Khan, the "Shift Supervisor " is particularly cold and gives off the vibe of "he's doing us all a favor by being there and he hates that we're there."

Worst pharmacy service every time. Always they say busy and ask us to come after an hour and even if we go after more than an hour, they make us wait for another half hour. No courtesy words ever used. Already complained to store manager but no corrective action taken. My advice is don't give this pharmacy for prescriptions.

The head pharmacist, Stanley, is a jewel, a 5-Star. His staff is good, especially when he is there. The man who greets people when they enter is qute nice, but. overall, the place needs more and friendlier help.

The absolute worst customer service. I had an app say I could drop a package off for return. It turns out that the app was wrong. That's not the issue. As I smoked at the manager and explained the app said I could drop at this CVS he got very very rude and in my face and started telling me I need a post office. (I’m good with that and I understood I could go to post office or their listed location) and basically followed me out the door telling me it was UPS not USPS and I needed to learn the difference.Maybe that was why the clerk was rude too. Like management so goes associates…..Do not go to this CVS

Useless staff. I called to ask if they could check if I dropped my wallet there. Rude tone, unwillingness to help, and a general lack of empathy. Go to another store while you can.

The woman working in the pharmacy cared more about the conversation with her colleague rather than checking their voicemails to ensure that my prescription was handled. After rudely dismissing me, she never thought to check their voicemail that my doctor left over an hour ago. Once the other gentlemen admitted to not checking their messages she did not even think to apologize for her quickly dismissing me while Im currently in pain from a sinus infection.

One of the most unhelpful inconsiderate cvs stores ever visited, the employee was willing to help but the manager stopped her from helping me and gave me a rude answer saying we do not do photographs and not even willing to answer my doubts! Very rude manager ? never visit here

I typically don't go to this location because I have one across from my work that seems less in price and better quality even though it's Downtown.I can't to this location because it's by my home and I was sick so needed supplies.I went to get some juice boxes and I picked up a box and it was rotten smelling and leaking everywhere. I thought it was one but I grabbed another further back to notice the smell was horrid and the juice was old. We are in July and the expiration date was May so that's really old. I decided to pick up another bottle of juice and it was expired as well.I went to ask for a manager but the guy at the store said there was no need and he would take care of it. I asked if he wanted to go look and he said no but he never even looked or cared.Why would you charge so much, be in the posh part of town and not immediately call someone to take care of it?!The store is nasty so I'll go to a different store.

Mehran was so kind. He called several pharmacies to find one that had the prescription that I needed. Stanley is always so caring. Both pharmacists keep their word with calling you back.

Just freaking ridiculous! My doctor called in a prescription TWO weeks ago an I was told they had to order the medicine and would be in on Friday (2 days later) . It was never filled. Spoke to someone yesterday and he said it was being ordered AGAIN.. it's just about 5pm and it still isn't filled am ofcoursebthey won't answer the phone I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes. CVS makes enough money that customer service is no longer on their priority list..

It’s the worst pharmacy!They have only one person working.Long time waiting. Yesterday I called waiting for an answer more than 29 min.They answered and hung up on me.Hate CVS!

Customer service here is terrible. 3rd time calling trying to get a hold of a pharmacist to see if they even have my script. Waited 30 minutes and no one answered. Most locations will also send you a text when you have a script ready, this one does not. So just drove here, have 1 customer in front of me and I’ve been waiting 20 minutes in line. So total of about 55mins of my time and I still don’t know if they have my script lol
