I can't even call them? Once you fight with the automated attendant to get it to allow you to "speak with a pharmacist" it only gives you voice mail. BAD

Pick up order took 2.5 hrs , initial timeline was one hr, person in store was not helpful rather insisted to come only when pick up email is received

They refused to provide me the COVID Vaccine today despite being able to to go to this location for the vaccine for the past two years. They stated that it is due to my insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, no longer being accepted. Had that been the case, I should not have been able to book an appointment for my wife and I via their website when I provided our health insurance information upon submission.

Better NOT go to the pharmacy here. Told them my birthday, got it wrong, told them my phone number, got that wrong.I was so worried that I double check the medication they gave me before leaving, in case they gave me the wrong med. Turns out, right med, but only got 19 out of 20 of the required amount. ???

CVS in Preston Road is Worst ever - When a medication is not available and ordered - they never let the patient and it takes 3 days for basic antibiotic. Moved from CVS to other pharmacy

There's next to no staff. Waited at self checkout for 10 minutes for someone to come get the register to let us finish scanning our items while a line of customers piled up behind us since only one checkout station was open. At least the lady who did finally come to help us was sweet and apologized; she wasn't alerted to someone being at the front. The pharmacy staff isn't incredibly friendly but I wouldn't be either if I had to work there! CVS, you need to pay and treat your employees better.

CVS is the best! I can always find a nice sale and with coupons and ExtaBucks I can save a lot of money ? Today I saved over $40. Kudos to CVS!!!

Most of the medicines are not available here. Tried placing an order at the store. I was told that the refill will be ready in 2 days. But even after 7 days, it's the same status "processing." I have put it on hold and bought it from a different cvs.
