I want to say first of all that we have been using this pharmacy for decades without issue, until today. Today I went in to pick up a refill as I have hundreds of times and to say that I was treated in an unprofessional manner and far less than a valued customer is an understatement. I was stunned and frankly infuriated. I have escalated this with the store manager and with corporate and will update when I hear back. Talk about anti-customer service.Unbelievable.

This CVS has the kindest, most helpful staff. I’m especially impressed with the pharmacist, who advised me on how to deal with my fire ant bites-despite the fact his lunch hour was commencing. Thank you to them all.

What a sorry staff!!!! So the left line is for covid test but no one there. It should be for pickup as well. Waited in line for the outside one then after they give the car in front their RX they close for lunch at 1:34pm!!!
Seriously? shut the window, put up a recording, closed for lunch. Not one employee to at least run the outside lane pickup when someone has been waiting in line?
Why does EVERYONE in pharmacy have to go to lunch at the same time anyway? Why don't you just close the entire store and go to lunch as well.
Just typical Pharma attitude in this world today.
Will be filing a complaint with corporate and suggest they read the reviews of this store. They need to get an attitude adjustment or a complete new staff. !!!!!

Who gets to keep voicemail on all day long? This CVS Pharmacy, that's who. What a gig! If everybody is too busy to take a phone call, who is available to listen back to voicemail? Mind boggling, really. A pharmacy is literally the only business on the planet who can tell customers our way or the highway, and literally not care one iota about customer satisfaction or loyalty. Sadly, the industry as a whole attracts people who fully sign on to that below par level of customer service, too. Of course there are exceptions and some wonderful pharmacy workers out there, they're just a stand-out when found and much appreciated, too. I haven't found any stand-outs at this CVS Pharnacy.

Not sure about all the bad reviews on the pharmacy, but went in to get my daughters passport photos and I was greeted and helped by Joel.I honestly don’t know where to start with Joel. He is such an asset to CVS. He was so kind and helpful with getting my 3 month olds picture taken. He was polite, respectful and so gracious. I have not seen this level of customer service in any establishment period.Thank you! ? well deserved 5 star!
