Rude guy at the front check out(self checkout, so he’s not even checking customers out, just watching them self checkout) maybe they are short staffed or simply they don’t care for their business…no prices on the shelf for some items and the employee is expecting customers to walk around the store looking for a price check machine to do the job of the employees…?
No soap in the bathroom..Just avoid this location..

I went to check out, and there was a man who spoke Spanish, who had asked for help, and she just redirected him to the self check out and didn’t actually see if he needed help only because he spoke Spanish. I had to reiterate that he really did need help for her to come over and help him. He had tried multiple times to get help from her.

Not a very competent pharmacy. They gave my son the wrong amount of medication and charged the full amount for(umm fraud) - he's supposed to have enough for 12 week injections but they only gave 4 single dose vials. We have tried calling multiple times and only able to leave voicemails that they don't return.
Now we have to call the doctors office and explain what happened and see if they can prescribe more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It frightens me that this pharmacy is in charge of medications. Getting a person on the phone is impossible and when you finally do they act as if the medication you need is no big deal. Stay away unless you want your child to stay sick a fee extra days.

I never have my prescriptions ready they’re slow and disorganized. Do not use CVS do not use Tom Thumb use your mail off pharmacy.

Wife sent me in for pain medication. Didn’t have my CVS card and the guy who worked there wouldn’t let me have the discount. So I gave him back his product and said I will go someplace that actually care about their customers. Will never go back.

There is no customer service at this location. Claudia claims to be a manager but when I asked for the name of the rude pharmacist she had to call the actual store manager to then come back and tell me she didn’t know the name of the pharmacist because he is a “floater.” She also refused to give me the names of the other staff in the pharmacy. Completely unprofessional and concerning that it’s “respiratory” season and they have no desire to actually fill needed medications to keep children healthy. Walgreens on Preston is around the corner and a MUCH better option!

Horrible customer service at the Pharmacy. I would give a zero star if I could. Schedule the COVID vaccine appointment and it was arbitrarily cancelled at last minute without any reason given. Scheduled another one the following day, went into the pharmacy and they refuse to give the vaccine under the Bridge Access Program and that asian female was extremely rude. Do not come to this CVS ever.

That store was much better 3 years ago. I came this store (my 1st time) to get my COVID shot. The store was dirty (special the carpet), pharmacist was not friendly. Even I lived 3 min. from this store but I rather drove 10 min to another store.Keep up the good work.
