The store manager, Jedidiah (Jed), is just wonderful! I had an issue with tax exempt & he took care of it right away. He greats everyone with a smile. He educates his employees in a positive, respectful way. I honestly feel like if I ever have any issues with anything at this CVS in the future, I am sure that Jed will be able to help me, and solve it!

Should have checked the reviews before selecting them as a pharmacy. They’re incredibly bad and I’d suggest avoiding at all costs. I gave them a few months to see if things would improve. They don’t know how to communicate in a timely manner with the customer or the prescriber. They will cancel prescriptions, try to replace medications, etc without having a conversation with you about it. They will take forever to get you the medication they need because of all the back and forth you need to do. They don’t know how to communicate directly with the provider and will make you be the messenger time and time again. You’ll receive a prescription approved for a year but still they’ll require an authorization each time and make you do the legwork. My dr office was so confused about what they kept requesting but they’re so nice they sent it each time when I called. There are some serious operational or training issues with them. They are so terrible, when I got upset after maybe my 5th phone call about the same prescription they said they’d cancel my prescription if I got upset with them and I was honestly like you know what? Cancel it because I don’t want to deal with you guys again.

Pharmacy tech was very unfriendly. She seemed annoyed to have to do her job. I switched to a different CVS for next month’s prescriptions before I even left the parking lot.

I drove to this location after calling them to see if they had a drop box I could bring unused prescription medications to. He said they did and told me the box was right beside the pharmacy counter. When I got there the “cages” were closed all around the counter. I asked through the cage where the drop box was. He told me they were closed for lunch and I’d have to wait until they reopen. I asked why I wasn’t told they close when I called. He responded, Ma’am every CVS pharmacy across the nation closes 1.5 hours for lunch. I said, but I’m wondering why I wasn’t told that when I called. Can you take this bag of meds for me? I drove all the way down here because you were the closest cvs that accepts unused meds. He said, No, you have to wait until 2:00! Ma’am there are signs posted on our doors that show our hours.
A simple, I’m sorry that happened, would’ve been so nice but he couldn’t care less about customer service. I just wanted to do the right thing by disposing of a significant amount of medication properly.

I've been coming to this location for decades.
The quality of service has dropped over the years. I wanted to post this review because one of the pharmacy staff, on several occasions, has proven to be very pleasant and efficient. DALY has always smiled and had had my order ready quickly, even when she obviously had been multitasking.
She deserves recognition and a raise.

Would do half a star if I could. This CVS is severely understaffed. Sit at drive thru forever before someone helps you. The people they do have ignore you. I am going to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

No wonder they have low rating. Idk why it hurts them to do their job even if you ask nicely for help. I’ve worked in retail plenty, never once been mad about doing my job. I came in with my mom just to print out some instant pictures on the kiosk. The photos didn’t print out a QR code and so I asked for his help and he literally didn’t even let me finish about asking for help he just interrupted me looked at me like I was dumb and got annoyed started looking through my photos to find the QR code. He didn’t believe me, I’ve printed out photos on my own before I know how it works. So he went over to where the kiosk was and opened it while it was still printing my moms photos and he put his fingers all over the freshly printed photos of hers too. Looking through the pictures and just being rough with them. Not our fault your machine doesn’t print photos where the should and OUR BAD that we need to ask for your assistance. His name is Travis and he was just rude then gave me a sticker? Dude what just be nice and careful with other peoples photos. Just nasty behavior when I asked him for help, then tries to make up with a sticker? Do better.

Terrible! Asked an employee for help and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She just kept walking and yelled to another employee- who of course didn’t come help me. I’ll buy OTC medicine elsewhere from now on. Thanks for nothing CVS.

I hate to leave this review, because this store has generally been really great. The people at the pharmacy are ALWAYS patient, very helpful. Any other pharmacy (except Plano Care Pharmacy, which unfortunately closed) it's always people who seem disgruntled. So I always appreciate coming here.
That said, I needed to get a script refilled urgently due to unexpected trip out of town. I signed up online to send off the refill request, where it said I had none available. It said I should call the pharmacy - which I did. Once, the automation hung up on me. The second time, it was trying to force me to leave a message so they can call me back in an hour (??). The other two times, there was no way to get in touch with anyone...
The pharmacist I talked to last time, said I had a refill that they'd hold for me until I was ready to pick it up. So this required me to actually speak to someone.
CVS makes it impossible to connect with an actual human. I've been driving 15 minutes out of my way to come here because of the service. This has been such an infuriating experience - I sent my doctors office a message and have now transferred it to the walmart drive through that's a block from my house.
CVS is not prioritizing their customers. Any company that wants to make it a challenge for people to get in touch with a human has missed the mark - especially when it comes to something that is so variable as medications.
I was never a fan - gave them a chance - and I won't make the mistake again.

*Update: They called me back soon after I left a voicemail and they were not being particularly nice but at least helpful. 😅 So I changed my review from 2 to 3 stars.
I’m being generous with the 2 stars.
I moved out of state and I am trying to transfer my prescription. My new pharmacy reached out to CVS 2200 Coit Rd. several times without any success. I also tried to call them but first of all, their menu is painfully slow, repetitive and at the end you can only leave a voicemail that cuts you off in the middle of what you’re trying to explain. No offense, but you really need to update your system. You stuck at the end of the 20th century when we are already in the middle of the 3rd decade of the 21st century.

Came here at 10:30pm for some essential care items. I think the night employe mightve've heard me keep telling my boyfriend we need coupons lol. Ended up not using self check out because the said employee assisted us with checking out and helped me save $20 using the cvs app. Very grateful. Clean store, organized, friendly staff, attentive to detail 👌

Avoid coming to this store or even CVS for photo printing. Nobody in the counter for photo pick up and the quality of the photo is TRASH. The printed photos are absolutely NOT look like which shown on my computer.
