CVS as a whole has just gone down hill. Using them has become more trouble and time consuming than it’s worth. You can’t even get ahold of the pharmacy anymore. You listen to about 5 minutes of automated prompts only to have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back as they no longer take calls. I will be transferring all my prescriptions.

This pharmacy cannot employ enough people to keep from having to close during the day for "breaks". CVS bombards my phone via text messages to come pick up my prescriptions, and when I show up, they close for 30 mins instead of taking the 2 mins to complete my session.

There's no way to contact this pharmacy by phone. The voice prompt said they were unable to take my call every time I tried on numerous occasions. Completely out of meds and we are on automatic reorder. After driving there they said they were out of the medication. Very poor service and very little regard for the customers. Very disappointing.

Pharmacy no longer accepts phone calls and you can only leave a voicemail. They have terrible hours (not open til 10am). And they will “put back” your prescriptions while you are getting texts that it’s ready for pickup, so that when you arrive they tell you “sorry come back in an hour we put it back and it’s not ready.” This place is a joke.

You can't get anyone to answer the phone at the pharmacy. You have to leave a message and MAYBE they will call you back.I'm done with this CVS.

Cristian was rude and management should reconsider his position. No customer service skills whatsoever. I hope he finds peace within himself for being such an ill-mannered person.

Have been to this pharmacy 4 times to pick up the same prescription. For some unknown reason, they can’t get coordinated with the doctor’s office, who I had on the phone during the 4th pick-up attempt to confirm the electronic submission of the prescriptions 3 times in the past 2 months. I have now been waiting almost 2 hours for CVS Plano to fill the prescription they have electronically and by paper. Inefficiency at its grandest.

The front store workers are super nice. I was struggling to use the self checkout. The girl at the front showed me how to work it and even helped me pick which coupon will work on my purchase.

Horrible customer service. Came to pick up my mom prescription only for the pharmacist to say “it’s on hold because the insurance didn’t cover it and it will cost you $60” I left then thought wait I have good RX so I go back to the drive through and asked the lady if I could speak to the man who’s the pharmacist since he was the one I spoke to she turns around to talk to him then proceeds to tell me “he already told you the insurance doesn’t cover it”… so I guess he didn’t want to speak to me. Then I showed her Good RX and she said “the doctor didn’t want us buying the brand medication so we can’t use Good RX.” Then she said “the medication is $46 for a 30 day supply.” But the pharmacist told me $60 so I asked her to clarify the sudden change in price she stated “I found the insurance on our system” and I said why didn’t the pharmacist see that before she said “he probably didn’t see it.” But initially he said the insurance didn’t cover it. He lied. He didn’t even bother looking up the insurance. My mom previously got her vaccines at CVS and provided them her insurance so I know they had it in their system HE just didn’t do his due diligence. Horrible pharmacy with poor customer service never coming back.
