Booked an appointment, showed up and checked in and waited for a half hour before they told me they had decided to cancel my appointment (and didn't tell me or notify me in any way whatsoever) and said to come back tomorrow.

This is the worst pharmacy that I know the people are so stupid they dont Care about what you need, they don't want to help that treat you like shit or even worst i been trying to get my baby medicine for 2 days and they sent me far away to another cvs and still missing one they playing with my baby's life and time I hate this place I hope they get new people the really care about you needs. Don't recommend this bunch of idiots stupid donkeys.

I have used this pharmacy since moving here 6 years ago and have finally had enough. They have refused to fill my birth control for the last two 90 day refills. Today I was told they would not be able to fill it here ever because it "cant be sent to this pharmacy" and they refused to help me find it locally at another CVS-suggested I call around myself. When I spoke with the pharmacist at the CVS who emergently filled it last time, they told me that this explanation made no sense. The way I was treated when asking for it (with suspicion) was the way a drug seeking person would be treated. It makes me think that perhaps there is a religious reason they refuse to fill it? It's all I can think of. If they cannot help with all my medical needs or understand that birth control can be prescribed for legitimate medical conditions, then I'll take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist Dr. G IS HORRIBLE. He doesn't care about good customer service because as he says " As long as I pay for his bonuses and his Porsche. Who talks to someone like that. I will be changing after 50 wonderful years because I don't trust him to handle my medications. A follow up letter has been sent to Karen Lynch CEO/ president, manager and anyone else who will listen. The other customers were horrified as well.

Not sure what's going on with CVS pharmacy chain but wait times are horible, be it in store or on phone. It's almost impossible to speak to a pharmacist on phone.

I waited for half an hour only for my appointment to automatically be cancelled because 15 minutes elapsed since my scheduled time. There was no link or system to check-in to show that I was waiting in line. The man at the drive-thru said that I can try coming back an hour later. Well, I waited for almost an hour, the line got even longer, he never called me back, so I decided to go home.

I always come here to get my prescription refilled and now they are saying they can't take paper prescriptions anymore has to be electronically that it started the beginning of the year when last month I came WITH a paper prescription. My doctor doesn't do electricity and I explained that to them and they said " then you should change your clinic " im not changing my doctor only because they are lazy and can't do paper refill prescriptions.

They has always been so helpful. I've been going here for 6 years, and even when the managers changed the staff has been very willing ro help. The new pharmasist is always willing to answer my questions. And when my prescription was sent in later than it was supposed to be, the tech had ready in under 10 mins. Props to these guys

Just remember this! 10-15 minutes mean "next day" This women indian looks told us it's going to be 10-15 minutes wait so we waited in the parking lot after 15 minutes they didn't even started! I didn't get me medicine until next day and guess what she made a mistake didn't get all my medicine ready and one was missing!! When the phamacist asked her, she thought I was trying double fill! She really have a bad attitude so I will never go back again! Don't believe me then go ahead and try it! You have been warned!!
